It was my first time visiting a lush store, and I was really excited to see the other product lines that were available that I could physically touch.
I have used several items from lush for a number of years and have had great experience with them 😀
I had such a good time in this shop putting a gift together for my niece. Danielle and the rest of the team did a great job making sure i got everything i needed! and the gift turned out so cute.
They have absolutely all vegan products. Some of them even with no chemicals at all. All natural products. Loved shopping here

I unfortunately had an absolutely abysmal first experience at my LUSH back home, to the point that I walked out without purchasing anything. I knew I was going to be in NOLA, and my friend raved about her local store, so I decided to give it another try. I walked in and was greeted by the most stellar staff who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me understand and find products that would wow me and help take my self care to a new level. When they found out during checkout about my less than great experience at another LUSH, the staff went even FURTHER beyond and had me get an extra bath bomb on the house, and started putting together free samples to take home. I tried to refuse because they had already well redeemed my bad experience at the other store, but they insisted, saying I should never feel rejected the way I was in my hometown. Oh… and the products are off the wall incredible too!!! Thank you so much NOLA staff you really overwhelmed me with your kindness, knowledge, and delight in assisting my confused self! I’ll be back every visit now.

Hands-down, the best lush I’ve ever been to. I’ve only been to a couple of lushes in my lifetime, and only walked in to grab a couple of bath bombs and be on my way but at this location I was greeted almost immediately by the nicest sales guy named Brian, when I tell you, this man walked me around the entire store and answered any, and all of every single question that I had. He was so informative that I had to walk up to his manager in training and tell his manager in training that this is one of the best experience I’ve had at lush in a while !! Brian new about everything every single product on the shelf, if I had a question, he had an immediate answer. I ended up getting some revive hair mask some coffee face scrub mask. And probably about six bath bombs due to his intelligence about the products I walked out spinning $96. And not a regret in mind. At the end of my shopping experience, Brian told me that he was going to provide me with some free samples of some of the products that he thought that I would like. What an amazing experience !! Thanks Brian !
Great store with very helpful employees! There are things here you just can't find anywhere else. Definitely worth a visit!
I loved this whole body hand made beauty care place. The setup was that of an old school candy storefront, it hit you with an array of colors and smells. The imaging in this place made my senses run wild. I had to pick a bath oil, although the bath bomb's looked irresistible. I'm also a natural born girl and loved the hair care products here as well.

Just jump right in and steer towards the most interesting thing that attracts you first, you won't be disappointed. You get to test almost everything and there are some demonstrations as well.

staff is always friendly, helpful, and engaging. the store is a bit larger then other Lush locations making it easier to navigate especially when its busy. i enjoy the Fresh Face Masks, Aliens & Monsters FUN, Big Bang Bubble bars and Intergalactic bath bombs just to name a few. this is definitely the place to be for most major holidays to snag seasonal exclusives. we go here almost every time we go into the city. this is a great company with amazing core values!
