Hidden Gem in the Warehouse District. This restaurant is on Fulton Street across from Rock and Sake. It is part of the Marriott hotel. Everytime I have eaten here, the food get's better and better. The chef's that work in this restaurant really put a lot of passion into their food. The restaurant has great ambiance, but I think it is too big for the location. Should be about half the size and it would be packed every night!! Stop by and see Tyrone the bartender. He is the best in the city!!!

Very promising, but not trying hard enough. Food -- very good. Service -- weak. Decor -- bland.

I tried to find this restaurant several times and always gave up and went elsewhere. I'm glad that Wolf's does not have a big, tacky sign, but it should have SOME sign! The Marriott, too, is not well marked.

The Marriott is pretty and crisp, not as much personality as the fancy local hotels, but nice for a chain. Right across from the Convention Center.

Wolfe is a fairly prominent restauranteur and I expected good things.

The service was extremely weak from beginning to end. Not mean, rude or smug, just lazy and inattentive in the extreme, especially for a fairly high end place.

The hostess greeted me with a mumble and no eye contact. I gathered I was supposed to follow her. Never a smile, total silence. Not typical for NOLA. Maybe she was having a bad day.

The waiter was most invisible. The food came quickly, but he wasn't available to help when things went amiss. For example, he brought coffee (I loved that they left the entire pot on the table for refills, and only $2.75) but forgot to bring sugar or a spoon. I was waiting a long time til I flagged him down. Then he forgot to bring me any silverware! I had food, getting cold, and nothing to eat it with. No bread ever. And he took forever to bring my check.

What i did like was the food itself. Not exception, but different and very good.

My crab cake appetizer was a hair pricey for lunch ($11) and the smallest I ahve ever seen, bar none. Instead of being shaped like a hamburger, it was two oversized tatter-tots. They were in an excellent remoulade, with chutney and beans and herbs. Very zesty and different. Excellent except small and pricey.

The lunch entree was a pressed chicken sandwich, realistically priced at $13. It was not large, but very tasty and unique and came with a large portion of beefy seasoned fries (that looked better than they tasted). But, again, hampered somewhat by yet another service issue (is this five, six mistakes they made in one lunch?): never offered or brought any hot sauce or ketchup for the fries.

This was a $34 lunch with modest tip and tax. For $25 I could have had a world-class lunch at August a few blocks away or even more amazing at Bayona a few blocks further.

2/10.

Service weak no dugar ttfn no spoon then no fork. Crab cakes exceptional but tiniest I've ever seesppetizer for $11 cutney beans remoulade fantastic. Chicken Sandwich $13. No table bread

Extremely convenient since I was staying nearby. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Ate there again for lunch and ordered the shrimp po boy, which was also good. Service was a bit slow during lunch, but it was still a great place to eat.

Wonderful place for a casual lunch while attending functions at the convention center. Service was outstanding and the gumbo was well worth the wander across the street! I could actually have a great conversation while dining. If you need to have a lunch meeting, great place to go!

If you're fortunate enough to get Tacy as your bartender, you're bound to have a great night.

There is no more wolf anywhere in the wearhouse but the restaurant and lounge serves up the best craft cocktails and amazing farm to table dishes .
