This Mexican place rocks!!! The drinks are good quality, huge, and at a reasonable price!! The food and service are exceptional!!, as soon as you arrive, you're welcome with free chips and salsa, and the servers treat you really well!!.. I loved the experience of eating/drinking here!, I'm definitely coming back! Don't miss the weekly specials! (See picture). Also, they have plenty vegetarian options!!, they are awesome!
From the service to the food, 10/10! Affordable, fast, fresh, and delicious!! So far we’ve tried a lot of things off the menu and have not been disappointed one time. The pomegranate margaritas and the fajitas are out of this world! I highly recommend getting the dip trio as well! Happy hour here is amazing as well!
We’re here weekly and don’t see that changing anytime soon!

Went here for the drinks and wasn't disappointed they weren't overpowered with tequila, but they packed a punch. The food was wonderful It had more than enough flavor and wasn't expensive. it would be a great place to go to grab some drinks and a snack without breaking your pockets.. The staff was very polite and helpful if you needed anything..
Absolutely the best ceviche! Good king cake margaritas and pretty quick service. Not a jumping and happening joint but I come back here every year for ceviche.

Came here on Mardi Gras Tuesday and got seated after a short wait with a group of 10! The servers were really nice and we got a ton of free salsa and nachos to munch on as our food came.
Good:
I really liked my taco salad as well as the enchilada trio that I shared with my friend - the flavor is really good and portion sizes are huge here so we didn't finish what we got in the end.
The margarita tower was also super large and a good value - we got 2 of them for our group of 10 and the mango and king cake flavors were my favorites.
Bad:
The food arrives pretty slowly so you'll have to wait some time for your food to get there.
I thought the queso was just alright from my perspective.
Overall I really enjoyed my experience and would come again! It's a fun casual vibe so not super fancy but the food is cheaper than some fancier establishments around it.
Mr. Tequila is my new favorite Mexican restaurant in New Orleans. The food is delicious, the margaritas are amazing, and the staff is absolutely FANTASTIC!!! We have been here two times already and absolutely love it! I couldn’t recommend it enough! If you dine here are are guaranteed a wonderful experience!! Thank y’all so much for always treating us so wonderfully! We can’t wait to come back next week!!
I had the rice and trio of shrimp, steak and chicken. It was tasty. I was in and out.
Good food, friendly service! They offer daily specials on food and drinks. We ordered chorizo and cheese nachos, arroz con pollo, sangria margarita and original. Definitely recommend!
My friend brought me to Taco Tuesday here and I absolutely recommend this place! They do 5/$5 tacos on Tuesdays. Their margaritas are delicious and my favorite is their churros! Best ones in NOLA so far for me! Def give them a try!
