We just ate our cake topper that has been frozen for 1 year and it was still absolutely incredible. It reminded me that we had not left this establishment the review they deserve. 10/10 would recommend. Swiss made the best 2 cakes this sugar addicted fat kid has ever eaten. We had a pretty standard Almond wedding cake and a chocolate Doberge grooms cake. Simply amazing; I’ve never had better cakes of these varieties. Thanks!
Swiss Confectionery has been around for so many years!! I remember this company from my childhood.
I have the biggest sweet tooth and have been stopping in a lot lately to pick up petit fours— theeee best petit fours. Reminds me of childhood. Brings back so many memories. If you grew up in New Orleans, you know how petite fours are supposed to taste and be made. They bake perfectly.
There is a new location located off of Orleans Ave in the same building as American Can apartments.

Our wedding cake tasted great. Unfortunately the cake did not look great. We asked for gold and a pretty design (we sent them an example picture) and received the attached picture. Everyone ate it though! The gold looked more orange and did not have glitter/sparkles as expected. I was told it was going to be a Saints NFL team gold.
What a delicious place. You can watch them decorate beautiful cakes through a big window. Everyone is so friendly. We got some samples and did we hit the jackpot! Everything was SO fresh and SO flavorful I couldn't pick a fave. I"ll have to have all my cakes from here so that over the years I can - MAYBE - have a favorite. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
You haven't really experienced a true cake til you got a cake from Swiss Confectionery. Frosting is wonderful not that oily or waxy filling in your mouth and super moist and some of the prettiest art work to be put on a cake

Both the cakes we had from Swiss for our daughter’s wedding were not only delicious but the design of both were exactly what they had in mind ! Why go anywhere else ? We love Swiss !
I contacted Swiss Confectionery because of a family recommendation. I ordered a birthday cake for my wife's birthday. Both me and my wife were overjoyed with the outcome. The small cake was perfect and reasonably priced. The cake was absolutely delicious.

A beautiful experience from a phone order 1300 miles away. The delivery was seamless. The first peek of the cake was exactly as envisioned. We decorated this masterpiece of a cake with red and fuchsia carnations. Just a spectacular presentation upon cutting our almond cake with raspberry filling. Rave reviews from wedding guests. Could not have imagined a phone order would have produced exactly what we envisioned. The fascination began with almond petite fours
