Becca was great! She suggested a hurricane as her personal favorite drink to make. It was made fresh without any mixes. It has an awesome flavor profile that wasn't overly sweet or too alcohol forward.
Great place for a drink and to escape the noise of Bourbon.
Touché is a locals bar and an absolutely wonderful place. I have been there several times a week for years and always have a great experience. People come from all over the Country and even Internationally, largely to see Donna and enjoy the local conversation. I have also seen people leave angry, usually due to their own actions. The restroom is for paying customers and is clean and well kept. This is normally the policy in most New Orleans bars. Getting mad and storming out will not likely change things. Simply buy a cocktail or soda, sit back and have a good time. A great place to have s great time.
This bar was our favourite in New Orleans. Donna was a fantastic host who we absolutely adored. Beer and food were great and it is such a lovely bar, just outside of the busier Bourbon Street. We had a great time, and just kept coming back.
What a perfect spot to stumble upon during our first stroll through the quarter- small and inviting- locals were so interesting. Amazing little spot to grab drinks mid day during all of our adventures!! Service was impeccable! We went back each afternoon!
We discovered this bar by chance while walking around the Quarter- Lucky us! Kevin was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were enjoying local IPAs on tap when another customer raved about their sangria. Kevin had just made a new batch in front of me so I couldn't resist. It was awesome- and you'll see many other reviewers saying the same thing. The bar is clean and in a great spot about a block from Bourbon St.(just far enough to escape the sensory overload) with bar seating, tall tables, and a lower level with more seating. Stop in for a sangria (or whatever you enjoy) and say "hi" to Kevin!
Donna makes this place. My, then girlfriend, and I stopped in for a drink one afternoon and this place became our last stop every evening. Friendly locals add to the enjoyment and entertainment.
Forward two years. My wife and I vacation again in NOLA and stop in. Without hesitation, Donna remembered us, even my wife's name. Great Bloody Marys, ice cold beer, fun and friendly faces. Stop in!
Kevin was the best bartender! He made our visit so fun and enjoyable! Great place
Love the bartender Donna, they treat you like a local. Best experience ever.
After wandering around the streets of NOLA all day, this pace became our favorite spot to wind down at the end of the night. It was quiet and clean. No lines and plenty of open stools. Hockey on the TV and a really pleasant bartender. It checked all of the boxes we were after.
I highly suggest going here when you're done with Bourbon Street for the day and need some respite drunken crowds.
Donna is one of my all time favorite bartenders and I always stop to visit when I’m NOLA. Try her house made white sangria or a Bloody Mary with their own infused vodka and Bloody Mary mix. A block off Bourbon, she attracts a crowd of regulars with her charm and wit, but you still get the entertainment of randoms occasionally walking in with some of the oddest requests you’ve ever heard.
