Had dinner there last night and both the food and the staff was excellent!! Had the shrimp and grits and it was fantastic!! Our waitress Erica was amazing. The staff sang to me for my birthday and the manager even came to the table. They certainly made me feel special. I would definitely recommend this place!!

4 of us had quite the assortment of food...ya ya shrimp, alligator bites, shrimp n grits, the 4 bowl sampler (?) with the best yummy crawfish etoufee, redfish, hamburger, bread pudding. ..omg, everything was excellent! ! And our waiter was the best!! Oh yeah, hurricanes and swampwaters. .....

Among the numerous restaurants and oyster bars we explored while seeking a quiet place to unwind, this spot stood out. Although the atmosphere lacked uniqueness, we chose it for a serene conversation away from the street noise. The service here was exceptional, surpassing others in terms of food and ambiance. Our order included a bottle of Pinot Noir, an oyster platter, and fried oysters. The oysters were not so fresh, and the fried oysters, accompanied by French fries, hush puppies, and bread, were somewhat average. Despite this, the outstanding service, highlighted by a spilled glass of wine promptly refilled at no extra charge, left a lasting impression.

Upon walking by a young guy tried to reel me in there to eat. I'm not much for those kinds of strategies but I agreed to have a few drinks. The bartender, khryschian was very polite and made some exceptional drinks. He clearly knows what he's doing and values his job. One of the managers was nice enough to suggest some good places to eat without doing the usual "oh this place is the best". All said and done I ended up staying here longer than I initially expected I would, but that's alright because everyone that works here turned out to be pretty cool. All in all don't let the microphone thing give you the wrong impression. They're just trying to get more customers in but they are really genuine people and the drink and food quality is exceptional.

The food and service were terrific. The couple at the table next to us asked if we liked our food. We told them yes, it was delicious. They then told us they had sampling food in the French Quarter for a few days, and this was the best they had tasted while in New Orleans. The portions were plentiful, and the drinks were strong. We were sitting by the window and had a very interesting view.

Great food. The staff was amazing. We did not wait very long for our food and drinks. While you can still hear the “noise” from outside its not terribly loud.

I definitely enjoyed stopping by here. My experience was great from start to finish. First off cahoots to BAM I was walking on the strip minding my business when she hollered "hey we have the best food and good drinks" lol so I decided to give them a try. My server/ bartender Christian (Chris) was super nice and attentive. I wanted to try the oysters so he gave me a recommendation I don't remember the name but I'll post the pics. They where the best charboil oyster I've had thus far. Then I had the stuffed fish topped with creole crawfish sauce with jambalaya rice. And let me tell you, they didn't miss a beat in the flavor. Everything was perfectly delicious. If your in the area I highly recommend trying them out.

This place was the first place we tried here in New Orleans. First time visitors and this place didn't disappoint! We were seated and greeted immediately. The staff was great. We tried the Fish Stuffed Cajun and the Bourbon Glazed Chicken. Both dishes were very flavorful and delicious. Would differently be back next time around.

This is some of the best food I’ve ever eaten. We’ve come here every night on our trip. The stuffed Cajun fish is incredible, as is the jambalaya, charbroiled oysters, the desserts, drinks— not a single thing has disappointed. Planning to go back again today to try the 🐊 Izzy is the best bartender ever! Go find him and say that LA Fun Events sent you!

We had dinner on the gallery so we could watch Bourbon Street fill up, it was a fun place to do that. Server was nice, restrooms were clean, and the food was great, street performers were just below. We shared the Bayou Sampler Platter.

We were strolling down Bourbon Street looking for something a little less dive-y than all the daiquiri and pizza joints (not that there is anything wrong with that- just not what we were looking for) when we came across this restaurant. Honestly, we had been eating seafood for a week and I was hoping for something a little different and the host/hawker at the door was like “give us a try- we do have some other options!” And I acquiesced. I am SO glad I did. In the end, still ordered seafood because the Napoleon Shrimp and Grits sounded unique and delicious and I was absolutely correct. Hands down, the best shrimp and grits I have ever had. The fried green tomato adds this extra texture and flavor that is so special. And the Cajun cream sauce? Insane. My husband had the chargrilled oysters, which we discovered on our trip to New Orleans is the best way to ever have oysters. I don’t normally like oysters at all- can’t make myself even eat them, but he insisted I try and I could not believe how good they were! Kind of like escargot but a much nicer texture. He also had the Taste of the Bayou sampler and chose to have all 4. He had something similar at Acme Oyster last night and liked it way better from here. It all tasted really fresh. The drinks were good, as well, though they were out of a couple of the things I wanted to try. We couldn’t do dessert because we were too full. It was a *little* more than we spent for other meals, but reasonable for the quality. I would absolutely eat here again if we return to New Orleans.
