MAN! What a good restaurant! Friends brought us to eat here last night. I ordered the Szechuan Duck for my main and broad, wide noodles for an appetizer with a bottle of Tsing Tao beer. Listen, being in the luxury wine business for decades, I've have eaten and will continue to eat in some of the finest, most highly rated restaurants in the world. I know good food. I know good service. I know nice ambiance. I'm telling you, this place has ALL of the above and about as eclectic a menu as I have ever seen.
When duck is available, I always order it on my first visit to any restaurant so I have plenty to compare my current dish to. Taking Muscovy Duck out of the picture (I love it but it's a whole 'nuther kind of meal), I can only think of one other place that served duck nearly as good as what I ate here, and it's in Phoenix, Arizona. Nearby for #2 son who lives there but not for me, who lives here.
Look, I could go on and on about how much I enjoyed this place but suffice it to say, it’s my new favorite place in the area. LOVED IT!
When you order here everything is delicious �. The pork fried rice has real pork, not those square perfectly cut red tiny pork cubes. Same with the chicken fried rice. Fresh pieces of real chicken. Not some meat that looks like it's been pounded thin then sliced or canned chicken for that matter. Their sushi � is delicious as well. They serve so much you will be taking home a doggie bag. Tommy was our waiter. Very attentive & patient especially with my elderly parents. Which they as well enjoyed the food as well as the dessert. I was too full from the food to order dessert. Look forward to going back again. Like the koi pond guys. Good luck, keep up the great work & may Chef Wang's stay open forever �� I'm done with the local Chinese food by me. Chef Wang's will be the only Chinese restaurant I will go out of my way to order take out or eat from now own. This place brought back memories of when I was a child the way Chinese food is supposed to taste. Thank you everyone at Chef Wang's.

I’ve already been here SO MANY times, and I’ve always been satisfied.
First, although the restaurant was super busy, we got seated quickly and were given free peanuts to enjoy while thinking of our orders. We were able to adjust the spicy level of our food to be less spicy.
The food at this restaurant is ON POINT :D
This time we got a nice spicy fish dish and a griddled pork intestines. Both came in a cool plating, where they put a small flame at the bottom to keep in hot (Don’t worry, the flame disappears later). We also got a beef noodle soup, which is one of my favorites.
Of all the times we went to Chef Wang, some of my favorite dishes are the sesame chicken, fried rice, and sautéed string beans. Their Kani Salad is also super scrumptious.
Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. Super delicious food, amazing service, and a nice atmosphere.

Got the beef chow fun and pork and dried bean curd lunch special for takeout. Chef Wang is my favorite Chinese takeout spot in the area, and they always have the best food. The online process to order takeout is very easy to do on their website, which I appreciate. Their process in picking up your order is also great. Definitely give this place a try!
This place deserves 4.5 stars for its Sichuan cuisine authenticity.
The good little test is to sample the cold appetizers. In my case, the cold spicy beef tendon and beef and ox tripe in chili sauce. They both passed with flying color.
The entrees were very good.
The traditional Sichuan dishes tend to be on the salty side. If you don't like salty food, remember to tell the servers to remind the kitchen to go light on the salty.

This place is a hidden gem on Long Island, we made a spontaneous decision to stop by for dinner after running errands on the island all afternoon. Their dry beef stir fry and spicy fish were amazing. Extremely flavorful and authentic Chinese cuisine. If I didn’t live in Brooklyn I would come here more often. Restaurant was nicely decorated and clean. Front entrance had fish and a little wooden bridge for customers to cross. Dishes were decently priced as well. The only down side is that for the two dishes mentioned, and perhaps some other dishes that they need to keep hot, they use a portable disposable burner and bring it right onto the table. The smell was pretty bad and constantly came in the was of enjoying great food, not sure if it’s healthy either. Definitely need to think of another way to keep food warm.
1 word... AMAZING. Best Chinese food I've ever had!! Everything there is amazing. I usually order to go, but decided to sit down and the food is *chefs kiss* so unbelievably tasty. Their spicy food is not as spicy as you'd think! The little juicy pork buns are TO DIE FOR! The first time I ordered them I didn’t know what to expect and let me tell you… it 100% exceeded my expectations. Everything is so delicious!!! Oh my goodness. I love it here.
I just wanted to say Chef Wang is the best around! The food and service is excellent! We have been coming for years and recommend them to everyone. We were just there and the waiter they had that night for Lunar New Year was so funny and nice. It was so busy that night and he was a smiles and jokes. The food was so GOOD I couldn't stop eating to take more pictures but look at this red snapper!!!!
Beautiful experience and food is delicious. I have been looking for a sit down chinese food restaurant and this will be my go to from now on!

Huge variety of food. Nice spiciness. Free nuts, oranges fortune cookies. Lots of good food, big servings to take the rest home.
Service confusing, unfamiliar with menu or try to talk to you into pricier specialties. Great food regardless
It was a packed house which affected how quickly the food arrived, hence the 4 stars. The fact that so many ppl were looking to get in however intrigued us. Food was good. Met some nice patrons as well.
Very courteous staff and superb service . Parking availability and ambience to enjoy your dining comfort. Food is authentic Chinese and competitive. Will definitely visit again .
