Good customer service. The food is hot and fresh. Depending on the time of day you go there can be a bit of a wait in the drive thru. The chicken strip basket with gravy as the dipping sauce is always delicious.
Food was hot and ready very little wait through drive-through. New management has done an exceptional job, I ordered a burger without onions fries everything was hot fresh delicious. I will definitely be going back.
The cashier we had was very nice and friendly. I don't never have a problem when I go there. I love their hamburgers. The ice makes it all worth it. I have to get me cake next time I come. They are so good.
This location has a friendly staff, clean facilities, and well prepared food. I have not had my order mixed up in the 10 or 15 visits, and that is a great track record! It isn't convenient to get in and out of the parking lot, but don't let that stop you from trying them out at least once.
Was greeted instantly with a "welcome to Dairy Queen, how are you today ?" And with a smile! Cashier asked what would I like, needed a moment, had a question, it was answered pleasant and promptly. Was still undecided, a grill operator heard me and actually walked to the counter and spoke with me ! He was also friendly and respectful!
He then went into the kitchen area and spoke to other staff members to make sure my request was met. Cashier rang up my order, repeated it back to me! Counted my change out also. Order was made correctly. Restaurant was clean and so was the bathroom! Definitely recommend! My cashier was a Richelle.
