The place was amazing beautiful. They had a chicken and a rooster walking around named chicken and dumplings. They where cute I fed them chips!!! But the greenhouses where hard to get in with a wheel chair and there where water rivets in the paths. Walking should be fine. There was the restaurant, green houses, and a small antique barn. The portions where random. My grilled cheese was a normal portion. While where sand witch was huge, half of it would have been enough. Soups where also good.
The drive to it was amazing but the wife got a little car sick from all the bumps and curves.
Such a sweet place! The food was so fresh and yummy! I got the cucumber sandwich and my hubby went with the chicken Caesar Salad. ❤️
Between the locally sourced, exceptionally good food, cozy environment, and wonderful wait staff, you cannot beat this experience. I would just move into the upstairs apartment, if I could. 👍

BEST EVER!!! Excellent by far with food, service and genuine hospitality!!! Seating is limited so reservations highly recommended. It was a most delightful "find" for us and we will certainly return to try more on the menu. We all thought it was an amazing place, inside and out. Not known to us upon our arrival, there was a great nursery full of healthy plants on their woodsy property. As a result of that extra "find," after lunch we toured through the nursery and ended up with a plant purchase that way exceeded the lunch bill. A definite return for us - both for the food and the plants!😊 - 5🌟

I found this cute Cafe' and Tea Room while searching for unique places to eat in the Brown County area. My wife and I went to check it out June 22, 2021. When we pulled in to the drive the 1st thing that caught our eye was the beautiful landscaping. The cafe sits on the same property as a nursery. The food was delicious. The portions were large and the prices were reasonable. We are out on the patio. Our dog was allowed to sit with us as well. The landscaping was absolutely beautiful. After dinner we strolled through the nursery. It was beautiful as well. It has many varieties of flowers (annuals and perennials), shrubs, trees,etc. Within the nursery was and old cabin and barn. Within them they had a variety of items m..h s you could purchase. The nursery grounds was also strewn with antique lawn furniture and trellises. Everything there was fir sale. We had a wonderful dinner and stroll through the nursery. If you ever get a chance to dine there it will be a experience to remember. See my attached pictures.
This place was absolutely fantastic! Not only was it super cute, the food was amazing! The chicken velvet soup was so delicious- I regret not getting a bowl to-go! The staff is very kind and hardworking! If you're looking for a new lunch spot, I definitely recommend the Farmhouse cafe and Tea room!
Cozy, intimate atmosphere. Super friendly and attentive staff. The food is simply amazing. Explore the gardens and greenhouse when it's pleasant outside, or enjoy the warm fireplace in the dining room when it's not. Worth the drive off the beaten path!
