I order through Doordash from here occasionally and they have been the only place to consistently get my family's order correct. The food is always hot, the containers are sealed well (including the delivery bags), and the sweet tea is always fresh.

Staff was great. Every single person working there checked in on me while I was waiting. Store was cleaner than any other KFC I've ever been in. Food was hot and fresh and well made, albeit a little slim on sandwich sauces.
Not the best area of town- sandwiched between two of the highest crime areas in Nashville, but I felt safe and didn't have any issues. View is also amazing overlooking the river and downtown !
Hot and fresh... I can't express how appreciative I am to receive the exceptional customer service from the young man. My friend's mother passed away and they love KFC, so the first night the family was blessed with a hot meal. ♥️
Update: not my favorite place today. My chicken was cold and the fries tasted like dish water. 🤢 I was too far out to go back so I waisted my money. 😔 The quality had changed over the years. I called however, and the guy was nice enough to replace my order the next day.

Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the gentleman at the window was so nice and professional! But my livers were not fresh and I got coleslaw when I asked for mashed potatoes. Customer service was excellent food not so much
