Workers are nice. Food is decent. It's always hot and ready when I get there. I usually order through the app. But for some reason they never remember to put my chips and cheese in the order. I've just started making sure it's there before I leave. But over all glad we have a new fast food restaurant in the area.

I’m giving five stars for the morning crew only. Be very careful when you come here. Morning crew is amazing, no matter how busy they are, night crew is the exact opposite. I’m the evenings you can place an order online 20 minutes before you get there and they won’t even start the order until 10 minutes after you arrive. Morning crew is amazingly friendly and on top of everything.
I went through the drive-thru and the lady at the window was so energetic upbeat made you have a wonderful day just the way she talked and she was very fast and I had no wait time whatsoever just a pleasant visit because of that one lady I wish I would have got her name
I like the food at the Toco Bell in Madison. It seems fresh and tastes good. The staff if very friendly. I have visited another Taco Bell near my previous home and after going there several times I kept noticing that the food tasted old. Glad the Madison Taco Bell is on my fast food list!

Had My receipt for the food and I called because they messed it up and I had to freeze the food take the food and my receipt to get my food replaced and then they still messed up my food again so I give up not satisfied at all
check your soda machine it did not taste good. overall the service was quick and the staff was knowledgeable and caring

Great service! Been to this location about 5 times now for lunch over the past few months and everytime I was met with friendliness and patience. Good job everyone! Don't find that much anymore!
