After reading a mix of reviews about this Taco Bell location, I decided to check it out for myself and make my own judgment. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised!
Firstly, I have to give a shoutout to Anaya—she's the true MVP. Not only was she efficient at her job, but she also went above and beyond to help an older gentleman navigate the kiosk. That kind of customer service is rare and deserves recognition.
I went for a mix of items including the Cheesy Gordita Crunch Combo and the Mexican Pizza. The food was prepared fresh and tasted just how I expected it to—delicious. I noticed some reviews mentioned inconsistency in food quality, but that was definitely not the case for me.
I also saw comments about the lobby being closed during advertised hours. I had no such issue; the restaurant was open and operating as expected. And yes, there's plenty of parking, so that's one less thing to worry about.
However, it does appear that they've been struggling a bit with staffing, much like many other businesses post-pandemic. But even so, the employee on duty managed to keep things running smoothly.
I can't comment on the French fries, as I opted for something else, but overall, it was a satisfactory experience. While it's clear that there have been some bumps along the road for this Taco Bell location, it seems they are doing their best to provide a quality dining experience.
Would definitely recommend, especially if you're in the mood for some reliable, tasty fast food!
I went here for lunch and had wonderful service and everything was great. Except the French Fries. They are terrible and I'm forced to get them on every meal.. I like going to Taco Bell because it's not like every other place were you get a side of fries. Fry Bell I guess you guys should be now.. Another thing to point out. My usual meal is normally between 10-11 dollars because I get the combo. With out being able to substitute those stupid fries my meal was only 8 dollars because I didn't get the drink. So you guys lost money and I didn't spend as much. Which is cool, but I'd just assume get the drink and the taco I want and spend the 10-11 dollars.
Anaya is great, caught her helping an older man that didn't understand the kiosk order his food, she totally stopped what she was doing and helped him and was very nice at that! She needs to be recognized for being extra kind on the job!
Can’t beat Taco Bell, love it, but I asked for a large, I said medium was ok, I then pull up to the window and see a full stack of large cups on the counter… not cool guys
They were nice but they forgot some of my order and there was only one girl taking orders and running drive thru. So when it came to the food mix up I felt bad for the girl that was working. Again like most places ever since the pandemic started they ran the store on much less than usual and then just never made any changes regarding getting this back to the way they were. Greed is a ugly thing.
I like the Nachos Bell Grande best. I ordered the bean burrito, but it was way too watery, and the flavor was nonexistent. I drove through, so I didn’t give a score to the atmosphere.
Not a bad spot, fast service and great food.
One of the cleanest, friendliest, and best customer service taco bells I've ever been to. Was honestly shocked at how nice it was inside. The manager, I believe his name was Jay, seemed like he was really leading his team well. Great work everyone!!
It's a reliable Taco Bell. You get what you anticipate!
Anthony was so nice and helpful, best employee at any Taco Bell ever! Deserves a raise, even spoke to me in spanish!!!
