Delicious! Fantastic service and the doughnuts were sooo good! We tried the smores, birthday cake and cinnamon sugar flavors. Will definitely return when we're in Nashville again!
Great mini donuts shop inside Opry Mills mall! Delicious flavors from traditional cinnamon sugar to Turtle (carmel, pecan, chocolate) and Smores! I hear they cater and can not wait to order some for the office, I will def be back
Had a good experience. Came towards closing time (7:50pm ish and they close at 9) on (9/21/2018) and they were actually happy to make me a fresh pot of coffee. The person in front of me did not want her donuts a certain flavor but it was the flavor I ordered so they gave me them for free! I got double for the price of one. I felt bad because they started getting busy and every other customer was being extremely rude. Read some other comments about people saying they had bad experiences. Mine was not that way. They were extremely nice. Haven’t had good customer service in a long time, so it was refreshing. Didn’t get the names of the two girls but they were nice. I’ll return in the future! Keep up the good work.
The quality of the donuts were phenomenal! A gentleman named Peter helped me choose the flavor of donuts that I would enjoy and he was extremely polite and helpful. Great service! The donuts are very tasty and presented in a good timing fashion. I got my donuts fast and warm and they were great! I highly recommend the chocolate peanut and pumpkin spice donuts (I believe they are limited time for the pumpkin spice but get them while you can!)
This place is amazing! I drove 500 miles to get here just to try it and I was not disappointed. Many other Dapper Doughnut locations are mobile trucks and difficult to find but this one is actually a kiosk inside the mall by the Rainforest Cafe. Each doughnut had its own distinct flavor, and this concept is certainly unique. Teresa was a wonderful host with a welcoming smile and very knowledgeable about the product. They are relatively new but you would never know it because of the ease and expertise with which they operate. I cannot wait to come back. Definitely give this one a try!
