This review is all about service provided by Justin. He was so nice and well handled the situation call. Actually I placed a phone order and I didn’t received my order up-to an hour, thereby I called them and informed my problem, Justin took my case and handled very nicely on sending me an another new order within 35 min with an extra coupon discount. Once again thank you so much Justin. My respect and interest towards Papa Johns were leveled up just because of you. Love you man❤️
I love this Papa John's! They always take care of me if there are ANY issues, the drivers are great and the food is ALWAYS delicious! My kids and I love PAPA!
Just left here these goes did great I had accidentally pressed a button wrong on my online order and being my fault and me explains the manager understood the frustration and happily had my meal fixed with no issues
I DoorDash here all the time and it’s always a great experience. The best Papa John’s in South Nashville in my opinion. I think she’s the manager but she has curly hair and had a tie dye shirt on today. Keep her. She gets it.
I got a papadia, I had been wanting to try one for a while, it was so good! Food was ready pretty quickly, it was hot, fresh, and delicious, and the staff was friendly. I recommend!!
This review is about the service from this location. The food is Papa John's. So either you love it or you don't. Long story short, ORDER DIRECTLY FROM THE STORE. DO NOT GO THROUGH DOORDASH.
So I ordered delivery via Doordash. It's quick and easy, but as often happens, my order got screwed up. Couldn't reach the Dasher, and DOORDASH basically told me tough luck. So I called the store, and the manager took care of the problem. Even ordered a replacement order. Totally didn't have to, since the problem was with Doordash.
We had the Super Hawaiian pizza on thin crust. It was delicious! Staff made it quickly, even though they were busy, and handed it to me with a smile.
