Ordered via the drive through around 7pm. Pulled up to the window and paid. After paying I was informed that it would be about a 4minute wait and asked to pull off to the side and they would bring the food out to me. 25 minutes later, they almost brought the food out to the wrong car. Check the order and all my sauces and one meal were completely missing. They quickly brought the sauces but took almost 10 more minutes waiting for a famous bowl. The food was as good as you'd expect KFC to be, so no complaints there. Don't expect quick service here.
This is the first KFC I’ve had a 10/10 experience. I came in for a delivery order & everything was nice and neat. The quick pick-up station was organized for my order. The lobby was clean and the drink machine was cleaned and stocked up also. I even ordered something for myself , GREAT SERVICE!!
Food was delicious! Service was excellent...had a real football conversation with the person who took my order.

Mobile ordered, had to go through drive thru to pick up, no problem ... But they gave me the wrong order ... Again, no problem, they gave me my correct order and let me keep their mistake (cause I had already opened it to make sure it was correct). So, I'm happy, got 2 for 1 meals, good deal for me today

The cashier was very nice and professional. I hope she doesn't change cause of the job because I can tell she's a new employee. The food was also good.
The food was great, but there are a couple of African American women there with poor attitudes (not the elderly one)!!! Sarcastic, rude, and when giving me and my wife our food, which was over $50, one said here without a smile and acted irritated when I asked for honey for my wife!! Regional managers y'all need to coach your employees with better customer service techniques!!!!!!
