Under new management! Went for lunch, best food ever. We actually took our food home, had a detour, took extra time to get home and our food was still hot.
Under new management and they are super amazing if you haven't checked it out you are missing out.
Several of the kiosks are in severe disrepair or outright broken, but they usually always get our order right and they're always quick and polite. it's very inconvenient when several kiosks in a row are broken/in disrepair, you don't really know until you've already pulled into the bay.
The people that work the morning shifts are awesome..I go before 10am for my French Vanilla Ice Coffee..delicious but the customer service makes me love this location..I have 3 around town I love for this same reason..got customer service..friendly..remembering my voice and knowing what I'm about to order.
I love Norma..she had a baby some weeks back..I hope they are doing swell and when the time is right she will be back
It was a pick up don't know if app was wrong or business was but foot was not ready after ordered online and waited a while before ever went to pick up
Stopped by for an eat while driving meal. Chicken tenders and tots with coke. Ordered on the app. In and out quickly. Really like those tenders.
Had me a crispy chicken sandwich wife had foot long cheese Cony and tots food was very good
So my daughter and son just went threw and placed our order. They was $9 short on the order. The Server BETSY gave them their order and said she would pay for it. I am so blown away. She very easily could have handled it a totally different way. I absolutely went back and gave her the money but i want management and everyone else to know how gracious she was by doing what she done. Especially in times like these...

Norma is the sweetest person here! Ever since her and the other man, can’t think of his name, started running this place it has been amazing! Their customer service is Exceptional for fast food. I hope Sonic takes notice of them. My order is always right and hot with them. No complaints about this location
