My friend of many years took me by for our last lunch before he moved out of town, since he left the music business a couple of years ago he was changing scenery. We both had soft tacos and they were awesome! The waitress never really checked our waters and we were there for a little over an hour. Besides that, the food itself was awesome!
There are a number of Las Palmas restaurants in town, however, this location is one of the best. Its location is convenient, there is ample parking outside and its dine-in and take-out service is consistent in quality. They have all the basics one might expect: fajitas, enchiladas, street tacos, etc. They also have great margaritas and a solid selection of beers and basic beverages. The prices are cheap and the portions are ample. There is not much in the way of atmosphere, but if you have a hankering for Mexican fare, this is an easy and satisfying choice.
I love this place. Been getting takeout from here for over a year and every time I call in, the phone is answered and almost never get put on hold. Friendly workers and it’s just got good vibes. LP special with steak and shrimp is my go to but I’ve had other things here that are great as well.
Las Palmas has great food and service. I’ve eaten there for many years. Sometimes I get a craving for their chicken soup as I did this week. It’s comfort food and always hits the spot!
Everything else that I’ve had on the menu has been great as well.
Quick bite, special dishes, and classic Tex-Mex too.

This place was just ok for me. The food was not the best. Our waiter was very attentive though so that's a plus.
My coworkers and I pick up from here often for lunch. Almost once a week. It's always a good day for us. These guys go above and beyond. Food is great, but even as a pick up order, the service is even greater.
The Taco Tuesday deals here are a most!!! $6.95 for 3 carnita tacos with rice or beans, plus chips and salsa all day long, not just for lunch!!! Or get just the carnita taco for $1.54 each?? That is a steal, especially since most taco trucks are charging $2.00 a taco now, without the chips and salsa. Always avoided Las Palmas for tacos because of the price but on Tuesdays, this will be my spot!!!
Love these folks. Been going here a long time and always feel welcome by the entire staff. Food is always good and taste fresh. It's the staff that really separates this place from your run of the mill Mexican restaurant though. Good people.
My server Salvador was Great as usual! He was under a lot of pressure,
