(updated review below) previous review: not as bad as it used to be, i atleast got service this time, staff was friendly and nice but i was given the wrong order, i ordered a smoked brisket and was given a chicken sandwich.
update: took the survey on my receipt and got a call within a few minutes talked to a nice lady and they sent me two free meal coupons in the mail after a few weeks, just went back today and used one of them, the staff were still very friendly, and this time he even verified that they gave me the right stuff. they have great food and very nice staff, just make sure to verify your served the right stuff before you leave the place.
Food is definitely not good for you but it tastes great and the people cool
I had the pecan chicken salad sandwich and curly fries. Bought it in the drive thru for lunch. I bought food for three other people so it took a while to get it done.
The line was a little long, but it was bearable. The staff was friendly and courteous. From what I could see the restaurant was clean. I wish all restaurants made their employees wear gloves.
My order came out in a timely manner and everything I ordered was in the bag.
The food itself was nice, everything was hot and nothing was stale.
Every thing was at its best and would go back for my money Worth everything was full on the Sandwich. I enjoyed everything will go again.
Service here is spot on most of the time BUT the food is always hot,sometimes warm,but always fresh...never too long of a wait
I usually stop in this Arby's during lunch time. It is probably one of the best Arby's I've ever been to in terms of food and friendly, efficient customer service. Its also one of the most friendliest fast food places in the area.
