First of all Jersey Mikes is top tier anyways when it comes to sandwiches. This location though, WAS EXCELLENT. I had a mobile order put in, and accidentally sent it to this location. They were so nice about putting it in the fridge for me to come get it after work. I get off work to go get it, and the lady tells me she made it fresh so that it wouldn’t have to sit in the fridge all day. THAt is great customer service and honestly that lady needs a raise. 10/10 would def recommend!!
The food is good but the employees who work here every time I’ve gone in are so friendly and such a good vibe.

Food was great, but the manager of this store is even better. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a service industry worker so personal and nice and wanting to ensure the customers are taking care of. Really appreciate that!
I’m not rating the food, It’s Jersey Mike’s… pretty much the same wherever you are… I’m rating the service. The young lady that rung up my order was very polite and seemed to have a positive attitude. The gentleman that made my food, was the same however I was really impressed by his attention to detail. It was like he wanted to make the perfect sandwich. It was easy to tell that he was taking pride in his work…. I actually asked him if he was the franchise owner, believing that he must’ve been considering the amount of effort he was putting in to making my order.
Ordered from Jersey Mike's for many years. Always great subs and service. The last 3 months our orders have been not so satisfying. Customer Appreciation month. Our order was two giant # 10 Tuna. The person that made the subs obviously never made one before. The tuna was spread on the bun like you would spread mayo. Yes that thin three tomato slices just a hint of lettuce. It was an on a online order. Two dollar tip added to the order. My son picked up the order and said the bag felt really light and continued to drove home. I was totally shocked when we opened our subs. I couldn't believe my eyes. Called the location phone just rang no answer. It was a pretty warm day out my son didn't want to drive back he was hungry. I looked at the receipt to see if there was a survey to fill out but none. We ordered giant #10 Tuna subs again today. Total came to $34.23 with a two dollar tip. I'm not aware of a tuna shortage. This time there was a little more tuna. Not alot of lettuce or tomato. No Mike's way pepper. I guess we won't online order anymore. Just not a sub above when it comes to Tuna.

..why wait if three people standing around and no one takes your order while pretending to be busy? the question what did I do? nothing, what did I say? nothing...but these reviews go unchecked...
The only sub that I will eat. Ingredients are fresh and sliced right in front of you unlike "other " sub shops where everything is presliced, vacuum sealed and shipped from a corporate warehouse.
Rolled in on the way to work right when they opened for a couple subs, and was so glad I stopped! The bread is fresh and hot and the toppings were delicious. It hit just right. The team behind the counter were a little surprised I came in right when they opened, but did a wonderful job getting my order in and doing it right! I will make a note to be back again!
