The staff here is amazing there are two women who RUN THE SHOW. I work in the business park and stop when I can. I think a lot of the negative reviews are from sensitive people who don't understand that they try and keep the orders moving, they provide great service and efficient. I will say the kitchen is a little slow sometimes but they keep things MOVING. I ask these ladies their name every time I go and I always forget so I hope they see this or their general manager does.
1st time here! Masks not required. Employees are wearing masks though. They have a drive thru. We came on a Sunday around 930 am and was busy inside and drive thru. There was a wait inside almost out the door. The line didn't move quickly but we got in and out in about 20 minutes. Dunkin is my favorite donut place!

Much praise to the early morning crew, Friday, June 2 about 630 am CST! This was at the Dunkin on 847 Briley Pkwy. South just past the I-40/airport ramps in Nashville, TN. Store # 345694.
I saw the other reviews, looks like they hired more people! Makes a world of difference!
Several employees were there including a manager or team lead, not sure. The place was ***very clean,*** and a young man was wiping the countertop every so often so it stayed clean. 2 registers were open plus drive thru, and everything ran like a well ordered machine.
Team lead/mgr was very patient with my order bc I did not know yet what I wanted (coconut milk cap).
When I went to the restroom and came back to get my order, not only was the coffee waiting and hot, but I saw the ***most professional / team huddle*** I've seen in years! Things that went well, things to improve. I wish we could bring back the good ol' days of staffing, courtesy, encouragement, and a positive work environment as I saw today!
Please give these employees their due. Every employee on that shift delivered effortless seamless customer service, and all orders were filled in a timely manner. I will definitely be back many times!
Have never been to a dunkin before and had a wonderful experience. The store was very clean!!!! Have a good selection of donuts. The service was excellent, and the gentleman that helped me was very up beat, friendly, and had a great attitude. We got a dozen donuts of mixed varieties and sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwiches. Got a normal black coffee very good. There is also a drive through customers can use as well.
The employees were extremely nice and helpful. The coffee I had was really good, never had a frozen coffee from them, I highly recommend it. The atmosphere was genuinely laid back.
Nice new updated location friendly service and my hot coffee ☕ was fresh and delicious, tasted just the way I love with vanilla bean !!!!
They were a bit slow and there were not much workers there. Our order came out wrong so they fixed it. They ended up giving the coffee they made wrong to us and made another one which I thought was very kind. Donuts were delicious and were a good snack to hit on the road. 🤷♂️😐👍
This Dunkin' Donut was clean, and the scent was so delicious you just had to have an old fashioned cake donut with your coffee.
Love the donuts. If this is the location of Briley, then the service left something to be desired. Only one person working. Customers left the counter because of being ignored. It took about 5-10 minutes to get her from drive thru.
The girl waiter told me everything in detail on the menu, so nice and polite, for which she is very grateful.
