Thank you to the hard workers at this Mcdonalds for having our order of 150+ chicken biscuits ready at 6 am last Saturday. It made our job of feeding our church group so much easier. Keep up the good work! �
Nice McDonald's I go there most every day for sweet tea I like there hot cakes fish sandwich it is clean 95 per cent of the time.
Talk about enjoying your meal and learning history at the same time. McDonalds is McDonalds, everywhere you go McDonalds is very consistent. Yet this location is so unique I was so entertained by history. Located across from Opryland resort, it’s sets a great vibe with the working jukebox, different styles of guitars and musical instruments and the microphones section all have a history of its own!! Love it!!
Upon entering I was greeted by the customer service representative with a beautiful smile.
She took my simple order which was prepared correctly!

Service was not very quick, however staff was friendly and responsive. Inside was clean and full of music history. Food was hot and about on par with what you would expect from McDonald's. Nothing extra. Convenient location. If you know the area it's no issue getting to, for a very few who may pass through the area not using a GPS they may get frustrated getting to it.
We truly loved this unique McDonald's. The radio station feel was great. Really wish I knew where to get one of those McD's guitar picks though, but the guy working behind the counter didn't know where they came from. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and the cashier was really friendly and helpful.
This by far is one of the best McD’a around or any other fast food places around here. The dining room was immaculate, nice decor and the food was well prepared. Most fast food these days your food comes sloppy and messy.
It's McDonald's! But drive thru was very efficient! Staff could be a bit happier!
Great breakfast. 6/29 around 8:30. Unusual to receive great service these days. The lady at the window was nice and didn’t have an attitude. She even helped me!
Customer Service was excellent! Food was great! Has towns kind of greasy, but other than that..great!
Love the options with the happy meal. Also very happy that the nutrition and ingredients are so easily accessible as our grandson is allergic to all products made with eggs. Very happy the chicken nuggets happy meal meets these needs and that we can get apples as a side. Would like to see more non dairy drink alternatives for beverages. Toy choices also seem very safe for little ones.
Ron Crites does a great one-man show! He's a talented singer and entertainer. At McDonald's! Only in Nashville!
