The food was fine. if somebody's going to get a salad they should be able to get more than one individual salad dressing with it and not have to pay $0.69 you should at least be able to get to for free
They have great food, but their prices are steep!!! But, that's to be expected in a mall. They had drinks, but they were hot bc the cooler wasn't even plugged up. They moved the line pretty fast. They made the sandwiches fast also. All in all we love their sandwiches. Some of them were spicy too, but so delicious. An added plus the bread was homemade sourdough bread!! Delicious!!
A nice place to get started in the morning. Very attentive staff, nicely displayed food, and a clean safe environment. It's nice to walk in the restaurant in the morning not saying anything and they know what I want, even though I get the same thing everyday. Lets me know that they pay attention to the customers. Keep up the great work and even though mistakes will happen, we're all human.

Fresh & tasty sandwiches at grill. Staff were all very efficient, professional and friendly. Prices seemed on the high side, over $11.00 for coffee, chips and chicken salad on croissant.
Damn good food for being in a hospital. Very impressed. I had a turkey wrap and a wasabi salmon bagel that was really delicious. Coffee is not bad at all as well. Reasonably priced. Again, I was very surprised with this place.
This place was great! A nice place to stop if you're at the hospital for a quick bite to eat. The guy making the sandwiches was very quick and very sweet. The prices were decent and the food was good. The entire place is pretty clean for an eatery. Will definitely revisit.
Quick friendly service. I had a gift card that need to finish using and wanted a good hearty breakfast.
We missed it for Lunch because it is tucked off to the right on the 2nd floor. I ended up there with a friend who was at the hospital with her husband, the soup was amazing. It is a great option for food if you have to eat at Vanderbilt Medical Center.
Great little spot for hot or cold sandwiches, soups, salads and coffee/espresso. They have a great bakery/desert selection as well. The food is great but it is a little pricey.
The soups here are awesome! They have 8-10 different choices daily and besides a couple standards that are always available (like vegetable), the options change every couple of months. It IS pricey, just like all of their other food and all other Au Bon Pains. But if you like really good soup and having a plethora of varieties to choose from daily as opposed to the usual 2, if any, soup options, there's no better place to go, especially near the Vanderbilt campus! Also, you ladle the soup yourself into small or large containers, so it's a lot faster than having to order & wait for sandwiches/bagels to be made. They have breadsticks and some other bread/pastry options available to go with it right there near the soup stand area, although those are extremely pricey for what you get, even compared to their own pricing standards. Staff have always been very friendly to me when I've been there, though many of them do seem to be rather stressed out most of the time...but I've heard from more than a few people for years now that apparently this store is an all-around terrible place to work from an employee's standpoint (long hours, ZERO benefits incl. no PTO, very bad mgmt people, etc. etc.), so keep that in mind if at some point you end up interacting w/someone there who seems a bit frazzled. Because it's on the Vanderbilt campus and in the main tower of the hospital, it does get extremely busy during the typical breakfast, lunch and dinner timeframes.
