It was a Friday night, and we were initially planning to head to a famous place on Broadway. However, seeing the long line, we decided to take a chance and picked this place based on its positive review rating. The food turned out to be good; I ordered level 5 spice, which felt more like a level 2 in reality. One aspect that reduced the experience was that the food was served in non-traditional plates and utensils. Despite this, it was tasty, and the prices were fair. We might consider visiting again.
Neighborhood restaurant serving great meals. They have the typical Thai dishes but the skewers are more unique and recommended.
I read all the recent reviews and thought I would give it a try. Well I enjoyed my Chicken Pad see ewe!
The flavor were good. Chicken was good and the noodles were good. A bit sticky but overall good. Probably the sauces made it more sticky. I got a veggie egg roll. It was small and tasted ok. I would recommend it if you are in the area.
One of the best, most authentic Thai eateries I have been to. Keep in mind that, with this authenticity, you may want to take your spice level down a notch. I usually eat medium spice, and I couldn't get through half my meal it was so spicy 🔥🥵. And it was so good too!! 😭
My son introduced me to this place. I ordered one day and apparently lost my card. They offered to help me so I wouldn’t have to travel home and back just to get my food. The customer service is amazing and above average, the staff is very friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious. I am now in love with Thai and only want it from Satay!
I had the Pad Thai with Tofu, a spring roll, and vegetable (onion) soup. 4/5 on the spice which was plenty hot. Excellent all around. I'll definitely be back!
This is my oldest sons favorite off campus meal. So while dropping him off at Vanderbilt University for the semester we decided to go. We got there at about 5:30 pm and there was already a line out the door. That tells me that it is great food. Looking through the menu you get a wide selection of Thai meals with a large choices of proteins to add. I went with the Basil Fried Rice with chicken and a spring roll. One thing that my son warned me is that the spice level starts high based on what we eat. I decided to go with level two which left my mouth tingling but was not unbearable. I also tried the mango smoothie. My son told me the place gets packed so we decided to go back to the hotel to eat. It was delicious with the Basil not being too over powered with the spices. We will definitely need to make this a regular stop during drop offs and pick ups. I know my son goes every couple of weeks.
We were visiting centennial park needed lunch and dropped in. I got the Chicken Satay with peanut sauce. It was very filling and good. The staff were kind and helpful. I liked the youthful atmosphere.
Great taste, really good quality, but just a little steep in price. I'll be back but not very frequent. $27 bucks for 2 bowls and 2 drinks. (They don't offer Teddy Grahams, those were for my 2 year old.)
I have been coming here for 5 years now and the food and service have always been great. Staff are very friendly and it’s always a pleasure to dine here. My favorite dishes are the Drunken Noodles, Curry Noodles, and Pineapple Fried Rice, but you can’t go wrong with any of the rice or noodle dishes!
