I run a travel podcast 10KDollarDay and was thrilled to experience this hidden gem. I say ‘hidden’ because it reminds me of a vintage speakeasy! Phenomenal drink selection, we tried a lot of them and they were amazingly crafted. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and the atmosphere was lux. Can’t wait to highlight this place on the podcast!
One of the best craft bar experiences I have ever had. Kind, friendly and knowledgeable staff - FANTASTIC food (plenty of vegetarian/vegan options) - superior drinks. This place just checks all the boxes.
Amazing experience! The fox has some really interesting cocktails and they are all so well crafted and the presentation was splendid.
Each drink had a unique flavor and the ambience was very cozy!
We did not get anything to eat so cannot comment on their food menu. But definitely a great speakeasy in East Nashville and would definitely come back!
The space is small, the ambiance is intimate, the cocktail menu is extensive, the food menu is limited. Make sure to bring your reading glasses and a flashlight to get through the menu. Great service. Long (45min) wait. No standing at the bar. Parking lot charges $10/hour (with taxes).
We stopped in for some pre-dinner drinks and snacks, we were not disappointed. The deviled eggs were phenomenal and the charcuterie plate was delicious. You can tell the drinks are carefully created and considered before making it on the menu, you really cannot pick wrong. AMAZING!!

My husband and I will undoubtedly say that The Fox is our all time FAVORITE craft cocktail bar. We’ve fallen in love everything about this little hole in the wall, from the immaculate interior design, the incredibly skilled and kind staff, the small plates to munch on while you drink, and of course, the drinks! There is so much care and effort given to even the smallest of details on their menu (and in the actual menu itself, there’s sliding scales to let you know more about the drinks before you get them along with witty descriptions to pair with the clever cocktail names!), it’s incredible to take in everything about this place. Definitely fun to bring our cocktail-oriented friends around, and my husband and I just love their vibes all around too. We always love chit chatting with the bartenders of course and asking about their craft (yes, thrown drinks are really that cool 😆), and a big shout out to Pete and Xander for chilling with us one evening after the Lil Nas X concert let out and we decided to wait out traffic with a few drinks from here!
Highly, highly recommend saving some extra dollars to get a couple of drinks from The Fox. They are worth every penny and every minute of your time. We can’t wait to go back again!
What a wonderful bar--the 🦊 has the quality of its drinks and style of service down. The menu is a great combination of whimsical and well-executed. And it's in a great part of East Nashville, not far from any number of awesome restaurants.
Our group of four had a wonderful time at The Fox. Our waiter was so knowledgeable and welcoming. They make every effort to give you all the info needed to pick out a drink to your liking from their extensive list. We ordered a charcuterie board and it was delicious!! Not sure what everyone ordered but my hubby had the Manhattan with rye and I had the left-handed banana. Both were very good!
The best holistic bar experience in the city. They have an amazing espresso martini (ask for the original as the elegy cold brew one is currently on the menu). For those who have dietary restrictions, they offer a variety of vegan charcuterie options!

Me and my wife (Joe and Darlene) from Houston stopped in and we had such a great time. The bartenders were both amazing, made solid drinks, great prices on bourbon, and made the whole experience such a great time. Just ordered a shirt and glasware off of the website! When we come back to Nashville, we are hitting the Fox again!!!
My favorite cocktail bar in Nashville since 2019! I've probably been 10-15 times.
The ambiance is perfect for a special night out. Elegant decor, soft lighting, and a cozy seating arrangement create a sophisticated yet comfortable setting. It's the ideal spot for a date night or a celebratory evening with friends.
The cocktails here are nothing short of exceptional. Each drink is a work of art, carefully crafted with high-quality ingredients and creative combinations.
The vibe is perfect. Very small inside. Loved it . I didn’t love the drinks though they were some of the worst alcoholic beverages I have ever had and I was really looking forward to the foxcoloda!
