I ordered the small gf pizza and small salad, both tastes really good. It does appear to be a tad bit greasier than other pizzas though why 4 stars. Spot on with delivery, on time, 30 minutes just as site quoted when ordered online!! I will definitely try again.
I live 3.3 miles from Milano's. I ordered at 12:19PM and my pizza arrived 38 minutes later. The pizza was still warm. I got the family pack, 19.99 for 2liter, Pizza w/ 2 toppings, Cheese bread, 10 wings. The food is very good. I would have given 5 stars, but, on top of tax my total was 24.08, so I assume they charged me a delivery charge. I gave the driver a 4 dollar tip, bringing my total to 28 dollars. I don't know why they put a delivery charge on there, it only makes me tip the driver less, which is not fair to their employee.

I appreciate them so much! They went in early to make 15 pizzas to deliver to my school at 10am! They arrived at exactly 10am as scheduled. I believe the owner delivered the pizzas, but I am not positive. He was extremely nice and courteous! I will definitely do business with them again.
We love E. Milano's! Definitely some of the best pizza in the Nashville area. The service is great, the delivery times are fast, and the pizza is always hot and delicious. What impresses us the most is the freshness of the ingredients - from the pepperoni to the cheese to the fresh basil, the freshness and quality is clear!
Our favorites are the pepperoni, California veggie and margarita pizzas, and the calzones and Stromboli are great as well! We definitely recommend it :)
They offer great specials and honor their coupons! The food tastes great and has more toppings and larger portions that other pizza competitors. There is a language/phone issue for delivery...it usually takes a few repetitions to get the order right.

Pizza is always delicious, best I've ever eaten!!! And my husband loves the cajun wings....... my girls love the chicken strips and mozzarella sticks! AWESOME PLACE, AND EMPLOYEES, FAST DELIVERIES AND COURTEOUS ALSO!!!!!
4 1/2 stars. Best pizza in Nashville. Pizza was piping hot, crust was very very good- not like some pizza's where the crust tastes like cardboard. It is not in my delivery zone, but I will drive across town to get this pizza again. Mmm... Mmm good to the last bite.
Best darn pizza in town. Perfect for Moms night off. This place blows the competition away. Try the bbq chicken pizza, specialty supreme,chicken fajita and veggie pizza's...all are fantastic! Usually delivered within 20 minutes!!
