We ate here for the first time and really enjoyed it. It's nice to have a healthy restaurant food option when you're trying to stay on a healthy journey. Our server, Kayla, was very personable and attentive.

We love True Foods because it has something for everyone, and a lot of heathy dishes. My daughter got the seasonal salmon that she says is always cooked to perfection. Its served on top of a pile of wild rice, and brussel sprouts with a sauce. I had a taste for the vegan double cheeseburger. Yes, even the cheese and mayo is vegan. I asked for grilled onions on it as well and thought it was great! The teriyaki quinoa bowl w/tofu is also another favorite of mine. The bar offers standard and seasonal cocktails and drinks, and if you can’t find a place to sit when it’s crowded, the bar also serves food. Because it was a nice night, most people were dining outside on the large patio, which does have a lot of ambiance. I was sad to learn they were trying to do away with non dairy desserts, the squash pie was a favorite of mine. Besides that, a shout out to Tommy, our fantastic waiter, who was not only helpful and attentive, but allowed us privacy to talk by not bothering us every 2 minutes. We love everything about True Foods!
Love this place! Our server, Jackson, was super friendly, helpful, and gave awesome recommendations. I will definitely be returning. Best matcha latte I have ever had!
Great all around experience. Healthy, guilt-free, menu that is delicious. Their salmos is particularly well cooked. A little crispy on the outside without being dry and over cooked. They also have surprisingly good pizza. Our favorite drink is the hot matcha horchata.
Lindsey was our waitress and she was amazing! Loved her light hearted attitude and she was attentive when I told her I had a gluten allergy! The food never disappoints! Definitely returning to True Food. I’m hoping Lindsey will be my waitress! I LOVE great customer service.
Lindsey was so incredibly nice! She really went out of her way for us, and made us feel comfortable. She was very reassuring for the people at our table who had food allergies, and was super personable! Will only come back if she’s our waitress.
Tasty food! Awesome ambiance. My server Jackson was friendly and patient - as I took forever trying to decided what I wanted because everything looked so good! He recommended the Curry Bowl w blackened salmon, which was delicious. Check True Food Kitchen out! You won't be disappointed .
Another excellent dinner! Tonight was the Chicken fennel sausage lasagna and the Teriyaki Tofu bowl, finished with the Squash Pie. Very, very good. Service was outstanding as usual.
Update: fourth visit and again outstanding food and service! A bit noisy inside. Probably due to the cold, nobody was using the outside seating. Looking forward to our next visit!
Yet another great dinner! This time we split a Roasted Butternut Squash Pizza, Herb Roasted Fingerling Potatos and Teriyaki Quinoa Bowl with Tofu and everything was delicious!
I’ve been coming to True Food for years and they never disappoint. The food is always on point and the service is too. Jackson is an amazing, attentive server and truly goes above & beyond for his customers. Butternut squash pizza and the vegan double cheeseburger are always amazing. I’ve never had a bad meal here! Will continue to be a patron for years to come :)

I dined at this casual eatery during my trip to Nashville and I was very happy with my experience.
Upon arrival on a Saturday afternoon, my party was seated quickly and the waitstaff was attentive and friendly throughout the entire meal.
The meals are seasonal and I ordered from the Spring 2023 menu. I ordered the Pan Roasted Branzino Filet ($31.50) and the Pink Lemonade ($5). The meal tasted very fresh and the food was very well seasoned. It was light but filling. The pink lemonade took a unique twist on the traditional lemonade by using dragonfruit, which gave it more of a purple color. It had a very light sweetness.
Overall, a good experience.
