Really solid dive bar with killer food. They do in-n-out style animal fries which are pretty good (review from a native Californian). I really loved their hot chicken (I subbed my fries for animal fries and it was a perfect pairing) i liked that its served on top of the wonder bread, plus the pour of sauce on top was simply perfection. Come here have a bite and a few drinks and you'll have a good time!
Best late night food in Nashville! It’s a simple menu. Burgers, fries, drinks and open until 3am.
It was fun sitting at the bar watching the cook work the grill and build 6-7 burgers at a time.
The food is delicious, but even on a Monday at 1130 it was crowded and the bar itself only has 7-8 seats.
If you were ever trying to define “trendy dive bar” this is it.
The atmosphere was great, every seat was filled, and it’s small and cozy inside.
The bartender and line cook were both really friendly.
I got my fries Joes way. It’s worth a try, but it kind of turns the side of fries into a small meal in and of itself.
$8 cheeseburger. $3 fries if you are going standard fries without the toppings.
Going Joes way adds 5 bucks so it’s an $8 plate of fries which was too high to get them again. Still delicious, but the standard fries are still good.
This is definitely going to be high on my list of recommendations to anyone looking for late night food.
The cheeseburger was great and so were the animal fries (reminiscent of in-n-out animal fries) but the damn sandwich stole the show. Absolutely delicious.
Great drink selection and everyone was super friendly.
It really doesn't look like much from the outside, but the burgers were amazing, the service was too, and I also could tell by the way they were cleaning the grill that it was going to be one of those places you wouldn't regret stopping in for dinner! Would do it again any time.
The burger was solid for $8, and the fries served Joel style with the hot oil were delicious. Word to the wise: you have to stand in line to order, and there aren’t a lot of tables inside, though there is a big patio. It’s dark inside, and the decor is eclectic (to be generous). If you like Applebees, don’t come here. This place is the CBGB of burgers with a Dolly Parton lemonade stand serving drinks on the patio on the weekend.
It was National Cheeseburger Day, so we decided to go somewhere we'd never been. BOY HOWDY! At 6ish on a Monday, it was not crowded. We walked right in, ordered from a super friendly human being, who then brought our food to us just a bit later. The Dino's Cheeseburger was delish. I added bacon & avacado to mine. Had a Mexican Coke, and some battered fries. It's not one of those gorge yourself on our 20 oz burgers kinda burger. It's a dive bar, it's an amazing bar burger!
This is probably the best “fast” food place in general in Nashville. Besides the fact that it’s also a bar. Yes it’s a bit divy and yes it has a slightly grungy vibe. But this place is cool, and the food is unexpectedly great. We had Hot Chicken sandwiches, cheese fries, and a burger, and our group REALLY liked the food. We went earlier in the evening, and the expected wait was 0-30min and it took our food a little over 30min. We definitely didn’t mind it once we got the food, but just keep in mind there might be a wait.
So, Dino’s is my favourite bar in Nashville and maybe one of my favourite bars anywhere
The place is a perfect mood; one of the best burgers I’ve ever had, more than decent beer and a great looking dive
It can get super busy, and does a solid takeout food trade, but the staff are ace and manage the volume really well; patrons all seem sound
The cook-line is behind the bar, and I dig the theatre and casual vibe it gives the place. I was surprised though by how good the burger actually was! Super squishy bun, well proportioned patty and for me at least, the correct toppings. Special shout out to the fries too; I know they’re bought in, but they’re ace, and really well cooked / seasoned
A seat at the bar, a beer and a burger = pretty perfect
This is exactly the place I love to hang out in! Alternative crowd with festive decorations and stickers everywhere! They serve late night food, with vegetarian options and good beer. The french fries are absolutely the best I have ever had! All of the tater sticks were crispy and seasoned just right.
If you do only one thing… do yourself a huge favor and get a basket of animal fries. 12/10 will be back. Beer, Burger & Patio vibes were good too!
