This was a shocker to me. Not only did Zack, my waiter, point out the gluten free bun, he insisted that the chef wanted to come and speak to me. When the chef arrived, he explained that they separate all foods served on a gluten free ticket from the rest to avoid cross contamination. This shows the customer first mindset instead of allowing me to flounder around and get something that I probably shouldn't have. I did have the burger in the gluten free bun and it was quite good.
It was an alcohol free night for me but they have plenty of beer on tap and several in bottles (if memory serves). Oh and Chef offered me two gluten free desserts. I would have taken him up on one if I wasn't so full. Absolutely would go here again.
We checked this place out while we were spending the night at the Opryland Hotel. Our hostess "Maria" had a horrible attitude, not sure why, but was not friendly in the least, no name tag on, we had to ask our server. Our server, however, was SUPER. She made everything better. Fariba, all for her. She was super attentive to our needs! We stopped in for a quick appetizer. We ordered Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas. They were poping, great bacon flavor with shredded chicken, these were excellent. The fiancé's sweet tea was good, she said, sweet, dark in color with a robust tea flavor.
4/20/2023: Higher end bar inside Opryland Resort. The service was fantastic and the drinks were great. It is located near the Magnolia area which is perfect for ride share drop off/pick up prior to The Grand Ole Opry show. That’s what we did. The bar has its own restroom. They make a mean old fashion! $67, before tip, for 3 glasses of wine and an old fashion, but that is to be expected for higher end. No regrets.
Updated Review - 8/13/23: I had the Potato Soup and Soft Pretzel Sticks…. Delicious! The service was good, the food came out fast, and it was a great place to watch sports! Fun place to eat if you are staying at the Gaylord Opryland Resort.

Original Review: Great service. Delicious food. The Mozzarella Sticks were good. The Hummus was delicious. The Caesar Salad with Carne Asada Skirt Steak was unbelievable!!! Mmmm!!! No shortage of TVs to watch sports. They are everywhere!!! I highly recommend Fuse Sports Bar in the Gaylord Opryland Hotel.
Great service, but burgers were a bit over cooked. Prices are about 20-30% higher then what you’d pay normally anywhere else, but you’re at a resort so it’s to be expected. Good atmosphere and the staff is very attentive.
😇😁Nice sports bar! If you wanna watch the game, they have plenty of TV’s in this place. Plenty of seating. A bar area, high tops, and booth seating. ❤️👍🏽
Stopped by for lunch while staying at the Opryland. It was a weekday, so wasn't crowded at all and was able to be seated right away. I did pass by here during the week and it was extremely crowded. It is expected being it's the only sports bar in a hotel with 3,000 rooms.
It is a nice sports bar with TV's in every direction you look showing different sporting events. Service was prompt when being seated and throughout the meal. Was with a group, so shared a few appetizers from the pretzel stick and hummus plate. For the meals, we ordered the Mushroom Burger, Caesar Salad, and Chicken Wings. Appetizers came out within 5 minutes and the main meals within 15 minutes. Food was good and what you'd expect from a sports bar. If you prefer finer dining, there's many other nicer restaurants at the resort.
Overall, good sports bar with plenty of TV's and typical bar food to go along with it.
We only had about a 20 minute wait on a very busy weekend. My entire family enjoyed their meal. I had the quesidilla, my husband had ribs and my daughter had chicken tenders and fries.
The staff was super friendly. A nice atmosphere
We ate here after a long day at the water park. There was an hour wait but the hostess called the time perfectly. I got the buffalo wings and parmesan garlic wings which were pretty good. We also got the hummus appetizer which was excellent. The pretzels were also really great. Great service as well. We couldn't find it on their website, but there is a kids menu. It's just there at the restaurant with typical kid-friendly options.
We had a wonderful experience dining here! Our server, Zach, went above and beyond for us. What I appreciated the most was when I mentioned I had a dairy allergy he took the time to go discuss my meal choice with the chef to make sure it would accommodate my needs. The staff also ensured me that my food wouldn’t touch anything else that contained dairy. Zach was very attentive and friendly and even got down to my 11 month olds level to give him some attention which he loved! He made our visit so enjoyable. The hostess was also very friendly and accommodating. The food was terrific!
