Visited with a graduation party 🎈today! Meals were set family style, so I had the chance to try multiple dishes and desserts! Great friendly service! Really loved it here.

Definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had at a PF Chang's! From the moment I walked in, Rev, our server, greeted us with an infectious enthusiasm that set the tone for the entire evening. He exuded a genuine excitement about sharing his knowledge of the menu and made excellent recommendations throughout our dining experience. Not only did Rev ensure that all our requests were promptly attended to, but he also went above and beyond by catering to our specific dietary preferences and restrictions. His attentiveness was remarkable; he anticipated our needs before we even voiced them. What truly stood out was his impressive knowledge of the restaurant's offerings and his ability to articulate each dish's unique flavors and ingredients with such passion. Thanks to Rev's exceptional service, my dining companions and I were able to relax, enjoy ourselves fully, and trust that every dish presented would be spectacular. Without a doubt, asking for Rev elevated this visit to a whole new level of excitement and culinary delight!

I like the food & issue a high rating because of the following fact often overlooked. The stated objective of the restaurant to serve North American style Asian Cuisine in a high end setting with high end service. PF Changs is not an exotic Asian Specialty restaurant serving authentic Asian Cuisine so it’s not fair to come dine with them only to berate them for not serving authentic Asian Cuisine. North American Asian Cuisine is what they specialize in & it easily beats its competitors across all aspects of the dining experience. Things have changed with the restaurant over the years as dining habits & what folks seek to eat aren’t what they used to be. Example, I use to not be able to get a table on their least busiest days in years past pre pandemic. That’s not the case today. The service remains great for me & the food continues to meet my expectations. Challenges facing the restaurant industry are ongoing so you’ll notice short staffing from hosting to waiting & it’s frustrating when your expecting great service from a great brand like PF Changs. I simply share this, I am professional & understanding when service professionals underperform. So as along as they treat me with respect & keep me informed as delays persist. I will work with you by remaining patient & respectful through delays. If a restaurant you know has great reputation but is having an off night. Personally, I opt for my second choice & will come back another time. If any issues that you’ve identified persist, than you address the issue with supervisors. If mgmt leaves your legitimate concerns unresolved or are unresponsive. Than you cast your decision to leave with your money. I very funny about the kind of food I put in my mouth, where I spend my hard earned money & with whom I tend my hard earned dollars to. That’s why I never shop at gas stations for emergency water or snacks. I have no problem going cashless faceless transactions. The staff at this PF Changs treats me & most folks I observe interacting with well in my opinion. Finally, I judge restaurants by how clean they keep their restrooms & I HAVE NEVER CAUGHT THEM WITH A DIRTY RESTROOM!

We enjoyed our visit today. The service and food were Great! Shawna is very nice. She continued to smile and provide wonderful service. She was in training with McKenzie who is also very nice.

First I want to start by saying Thank you to Executive Chef Mr. Jeffrey Dean for taking the time out of his day to stand outside and talk to when we he was about to leave for the day. He told me about the love for what he does and the amazing time that I would meet during my dining experience. The way he spoke about P.F. Chang's to a complete stranger I know they are lucky to have him as part of the family. Ok let's get to it after being seated by the lovely Ms. Mitchell (no not related lol) Christian was my server, his knowledge about the menu without even looking at it mind blowing I asked for recommendations and boy oh boy Christian did NOT disappoint his table manners was very hospitality not rushing and willing to answer any of my million and one questions about the different dishes. S/O also to the manager who assisted him by bring out the main dish when he was getting the drinks, showing that no job is too small for a leader and that a good leader always leads from the front. The good was to die for it's been yrs since I have visited this location but I'll tell you one thing for sure I will be back. THANK YOU TEAM P.F. CHANG's for ending my day on a great note.
