I've been wanting to come to Noshville Delicatessen for years, so when my friend canceled on me, I did not change my plans.
I arrived around 9:45, and I was seated immediately by a very fun host. My server was April, and she was kind, attentive, and even a little funny also.
I ordered black coffee and water, as is my usual. They arrived quickly, and I ordered my breakfast: lox, eggs, and onions. I chose the everything bagel and to keep the potatoes as my side. This was an excellent choice! The potato cakes were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The lox, eggs, and onions paired wonderfully with the potatoes in what was just simply a perfect bite. As an afterthought, I think a touch of sour cream may have topped it off, but it really didn't need anything else. They have it and I totally could have ordered some. I might next time. The lox was so delicious that I ordered some extra to go with my everything bagel I am taking home.
All together, this was $28 + tip, which is pretty affordable for 2 breakfasts in Nashville, and my breakfast was pretty quick. I paid and got my takeaway lox before 10:30!
They've been in business since 1996 for a reason. Though 1996 doesn't seem that long ago, it's apparently been quite a while 🤣🤷
If Noshville closed, I would move. Love the ownership., staff and food. I eat breakfast there everyday feeling a lot better than when I walked in. How many places can you say that about? The perfect start to the day.
Happened upon this place today while in Nashville. Food and service was great. First time ever eating Matzo ball in chicken noodle soup and it was excellent! Will definitely be back, many more menu items I would like to try.
Known for their breakfast, this is a solid weekend brunch spot. They don't have alcohol on the menu but they've got great mimosas, bloody marys, and brunch punch. It's really popular though so be prepared for a wait. But ask for diedra!Deidra- she's so sweet and an excellent server!
Excellent. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this deli. The waitress was friendly, helpful and attentive. We sampled the Matzo Ball soup and it was divine. I ordered the two salad plate so I could taste their egg salad and chicken salad and they were both delish! It came with a side of coleslaw or potato salad. I chose the potato salad because the waitress said it is so popular, they sold out on for 4th of July! So yummy. A side of pickles came with our meal. We will be back. Worth the wait and next time we'll bring a cooler so we can bring some side items and soup home.
Great food and great service. Very friendly staff. I love the corned beef and eggs! They also have great cinnamon rolls. Decent coffee too
Decent New York Style deli. The sandwiches are pretty good for being in Tennessee and the service is great. Worth the visit if you're in the mood.
I have eaten at Noshville since it opened in 1996. Today I had Matzah Ball soup but most of the time I get breakfast. It’s always delicious!!
Our favorite place to get matza ball soup. It's one of our delights for it gives us a taste of home.
The hours are a little difficult, especially when we live an hour away. Otherwise thumbs 👍.
Noshville is a great place to eat. The staff is super-friendly and the food is very good. This is a great place for spotting country music stars too. (Please be a pro and don’t bother them.) Parking large trucks can be a bit challenging, but it can be done if you don’t drive a dually.
