This is a great restaurant in an out of the way location. The ambiance is excellent. The service was quick and friendly. The only thing that was a bit odd is that they did not have any soda options at all.
Worth the hype! Gorgeous indoor and outdoor seating area. Service is outstanding. Atmosphere is a modern spin on the quintessential restaurant of this kind. Everything on the menu is nothing short of a level of deliciousness you expected when you walked in.
Do plan to park on the street, it’s pretty easy to find in this neighborhood.
Highly recommend it and I’ll be definitively going there again!
Food was so good and the service was great. We stopped in at about 730 on a Thursday night with no reservations (I recommend making some if you can) but we only had to wait for maybe 20 minutes. 100% worth the wait!
For a gateway weekend we decide to visit Nashville and we were looking to eat and this was our first choice and was AMAZING! The place has an amazing vibe… the staff are super friendly! We enjoy our dinner! Next time in town we definitely will be eating here!
Had a fantastic breakfast here before we had to go back to Commiefornia.....one of the first people in on a Saturday, but it quickly got packed. Devin seated us and Angie serves....both were wonderful and nice 😃wife got the Huevos Ranchero and I got the Brisket N Gravy. Both were awesome!!!! Would definitely come back if we ever get back to Tennessee. Thanks for the grub!!!!
First try at this restaurant and it surely won't be the last. Very good dinner with friendly staff. Drinks and dinner were all wonderful, the smoke stack was really good - recommended.
Also had some chips and queso - the queso is exceptional.
Love the building they are in too. Unfortunately the noise level, like the ceiling, is high... But it won't keep me from returning. They do have outdoor seating also, so if noise is an issue for you that is an option.
Best dinner spot off the main strip and busy parts of Nashville. This restaurant is the best meat that is cooked over a wood fire grill that you can find. It has perfect outdoor seating for the Nashville weather nights. We loved the brisket double grind burger with Brussels sprouts. The wait staff is next level hospitality and the upscale decor makes it feel unique.
The chips and queso was our favorite appetizer. This a great date night spot for any couples looking for a night out. They take walk ups but I would call for a reservation. The wait time was close to 30-45 minutes.
We had brunch on a Saturday morning; the place is lovely, with a patio that invites to stay for a bit more. I had the Cowboy breakfast, and couldn’t be more satisfied with the size and the flavors. Our server stated that they were really short handed and it was taking a while to get served, which we did not have an issue with, as we were not in a rush. However, our food came to the table cold - not even warm- as if it had been put out of the kitchen over 10 minutes (yeah, that cold)… flavors were still great and we enjoyed our experience. I’d give them a second try for sure. Being understaffed is almost customary these days so I won’t complain much about the amount of time we had to wait to get our food or drink refills. Everyone was as attentive and kind as they possible could. I didn’t like the fact that our food was cold either but again, I’ll give them a second try next time I visit Nashville.

What an amazing experience we did not make a reservation we walked in we gave them my number to be on the wait list because they do accept walk-ins it was initially 45 minutes for weight outside and an hour and 15 minutes for inside we chose the hour 15 minutes but ended up being less time more like 30 to 40 minutes it was really nice super high ceilings it seems like a place that could be for crowds and intimate at the same time me and my wife ordered two separate things my wife ordered the brisket burger with the street corn what she didn't like too much but she loved the burger I ordered 1 lb of brisket which was amazing and it came with the onions, pickles, five tortillas and a barbecue sauce. We also ordered the chorizo queso as a starter, and we finished every bit of it . In one of the pictures that I posted, you'll be able to see the empty thing, and that is the Butchertown queso. Overall, it was a great experience it was a first time going, and I can definitely see us going back plenty of times in the future. I highly recommend giving it a try if you haven't already done so, and if you have, you know what it's like.
My husband and I had brunch here during our visit to Nashville. The food here is amazing and so is the staff and atmosphere. We had the Queso 10/10 would recommend. I had the brisket and gravy and wow so much food. You could totally share this with two people. My husband had the steak and eggs and was in heaven. Tip from our waitress if you want one of there awesome biscuits add it to your meal like my husband did. Also, know they make there own soda syrups and I tried the pineapple sage and it was delicious. Enjoy!
