When "Ice Cream Parlor" meets "Fine Dining", you have Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams. The list of what makes this place special is long, but here goes. Location...12 South is a great little community. Service...take your time and study the flavors, they deserve a second and third consideration. A friendly server will freely offer samples scooped with a tiny, stainless steel spoon. Environmentally friendly and makes the experience even more special. The Product...again, those flavors. Plus, the texture and mouthfeel are very well orchestrated (READ the napkin...it will make more sense!!!). Just do it.
Very good ! Really can taste the ingredients with the chemicals gone! I highly recommend it and I don't typically like ice cream!
I was told this was a great spor for ice cream, but I'd say it's okay. They have a great selection of flavors. It wasn't much different from other ice cream shops. Service was great the atmosphere was a little off. Still do recommend to stop by and try it out.
My daughters and I decided to give Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams a try. I must start out by saying their ice cream is not spectacular, but not terrible. For the price, I was expecting top notch ice cream and that it was not. They did have a seasonal ice cream flavor called everything bagel ice cream and it was disgusting! Definitely stay away from that flavor 🤮. The gooey buttercake and milkiest chocolate flavors were pretty good, but not fantastic. The staff was very friendly and they were all smiles which is always a nice welcoming in any establishment. There is not a lot of seating available so keep that in mind if you plan on visiting and the line can get very long as well just an FYI.
This is a GREAT spot!! We truly enjoyed the staff and the ice cream. The seasonal flavors are amazing! Great atmosphere and incredible quality.
Yum! We enjoyed tue friendly service and the tasty flavors. I tried the Salty Caramel and Skillet Cinnamon Roll and was not disappointed. We even had to get pints to take home. The family favorite was the Darkest Chocolate and it was only one step away from eating fudge. We love this place!
A good selection of unique flavors. More or less I believe Jeni’s is just a Nashville staple. None of the flavors have just blown my mind yet, but they are consistent and the staff have been pleasant in my few trips here. I can’t remember the exact name, but the dark chocolate is pretty good.
This is my favorite ice cream in Nashville, brown butter and gooey cake batter are so good. The prices are a little high but it’s very high quality.
The best Ice cream place in Nashville hands-down.
Make sure you try the bramble berry at Jenis which I believe is the best selling ice cream flavor .
But all the other flavors are equally good as well.
Try any of the locations in Nashville. You wont be disappointed!
This Jeni's location is one of my new favorites in Nashville! It was very spacious with plenty of seating and lots of flavors to choose from. The employee behind the counter was super friendly as well. They have water you can help yourself to. In addition to street parking, there is a "paid" lot next door that will give you the first hour free!
So I’m still biased to Mickey’s ice cream in Mackinaw, Michigan but Jeni’s is super great too! Great flavors that taste awesome!! The staff is super nice and very helpful in selecting an ice cream of choice even though their flavors are phenomenal. Also drove to 4 different locations since they are within driving distance and all had lines down the road. Definitely will have Jeni’s Ice Cream in the near future. 😁
They make the best ice cream I have ever had. It's taking our area by storm! So creamy and delicious with lots of unusual flavors... Definitely a must try for all you ice cream lovers out there!
