I got take out online to take advantage of the B1G1 footlong deal, order for 11/02 6pm pick up. I walked in at 5:57pm and was immediately acknowledged by the guy working "are you here for the Shelby pickup?" While he was actively working with 2 other customers. I said yes and he was kind enough to tell me it'd just be 3 more minutes. It was so kind to acknowledge me and my premade order while continuing to provide service to the walkin customers. All customers were important to this man. He really has made me want to consider subway as a weekly go to for nights I don't have the time to cook.
The girl working was very nice also and was a great side kick.
My online order was made to perfection.
I decided to add a cookie and the guy was not satisfied with the looks of the cookie (I believe because they looked a little too done) so he gave me two for the price of one which honestly at 6pm with the stack of cookies they had really makes sense because who wants to sell a day old cookie the next day anyways.
Bottom line, I think this guy should get a raise because help like this in this industry specifically (hourly wage, no promise of tips), good help is hard to find. I hope the owner relays this appreciation.
I will be back to try all the new things Subway has to offer and take full advantage of their great deals during these hard times.
Freshest Subway in Naples by far. Would give 5 stars but they always try to give me less portions that any other Subway I've been to. However, I will keep going back and asking for more toppings because the ingredients are so fresh. Good job to whoever is doing inventory and managing the rotation of food supply.

Great experience at this Subway. The gentleman making the subs was the only employee at the business and the line was out the door. He was very friendly, efficient and kept the line moving quickly. As an out of town visitor, I was very impressed with the professionalism displayed, and how quickly I received my food. I would absolutely go there again based on this single experience.
Well run establishment, never much of a wait. Problem is there's like 5 tables, and this isn't a little pizza place on the corner. So you really must take your food on the run.
I usually go to this Radio Rd Subway; but once I went to 5555 Golden Gate Pkwy, I realize what a difference. Berkshire store is closer to me, but I'm not impressed by the Indian lady who seems to run the place. Customer Service is not her best suit. However, compared to the 5555 GGPky store, it is IMMACULATE. I can think anything I want about her personality, but she does keep the entire place sparkling clean, including the restroom. So, I will not worry about her customer service skills, because she runs it beautifully during this Covid time and always has. I will ALWAYS go to the Berkshire Subway!!!
This is the Subway to go to. Same owners for at least past 6 yrs with an always courteous, well trained staff and it...is...Truly Clean!
Refreshed menu is nice. Always fresh sides/vegetables.
I eat at this location at least once a week. Always a friendly staff and clean inside. They do participate in corporate promotions including the rewards card.
Hands down ,the only subway in naples where you get your money's worth..trust mee.
