Chef Madam Mac what can I say.....Your Mac & Cheese was good times ten fold delicious! With your elbows smothered and covered deep with Cheeto cheesiness, you nailed it!
My favorite so far is your Curry Chicken, juicy and bolden with flavor. You discovered the fine line of curry and texture. Not one once of dry jerk found in the anticipation of my salivating mouth. Your portions, excessively generous and taken home with much love! I have plenty of good eat travels from coast to coast, your radical rations are flavor and bank! They deliverd well earned mileage! Bravo!
Dawn is an outstanding chef & an outstanding human. She creates fantastic menus full of amazing food and even creates vegan dishes - this woman can do it all!
Madame Mac catered our wedding this weekend and the food was absolutely amazing! She was really great about fitting our theme and had cute decorations to go with the food tables. Her food was so good, and I am so happy we chose her as our caterer. Whether you have a large event, or just want some delicious food, Madame Mac will have plenty of delicious food for you.
We took a stroll through the farmers market in Naples today and stopped to sample Madam Mac's Jerk Chicken, Pulled Pork and Mac & Cheese. Let me just say O-M-G! Soooooo Gooood! The pulled pork is flavorful and juicy, the Jerk Chicken flavorful & Juicy and the MAC & Cheese was cheesey! We went back after checking out all the other stands and got some to go! Truly Outstanding food! You can definitely be proud of the fresh, tasty and real smoked meat that you serve! If we didn't live on the other side of the state I'd be ordering from you all week LOL See you on our next Naples Trip!
