Kelley and his team are awesome!! I would give them 100 stars if I could. Each and every staff member remembers my name, my order and are always so nice. I have worked in customer service for many years so when I am treated great, I have to let it be known. The store and bathroom are always clean. They are fast and efficient. They're suggestions are spot on. Kelley recommended The Thai chicken salad and it is delicious. I like to change it up, so the chocolate truffle smoothie, little lime berry and the blueberry bliss are my favorites.

Finally a great customer service, the only tropical smoothie that really come close to your needs! Now you can have your smoothie with no ice if you need.

They messed my order up by adding chicken to my cheese quesadilla (I'm vegetarian) , but speaking to Chris, he gave me a refund and also wanted to buy me a smoothie next time I was there. I will definitely be coming back! ♥
My first time to tropical smoothie cafe, never been to one before! Amazing smoothie. It seemed a little bland but it was still good. Probably wont be back to this location because it's far from home and the one in fort Myers is closer. Great customer service though!
I was having a hard time trying to figure out the new app and how it worked but the manager Bri came up and didn’t even hesitate to make sure I knew everything I had to do to get things rolling and explained how it all worked and not only did she help with my app but she continued to take my order as well she even picked out the smoothie I ordered and suggested her favorite items .
I’ve only been here a hand full of times but after today I will for sure be coming back more often.

Quick and good service. Would have gave 5 stars but the cashiers mask was freaking black where his mouth was. Its like its never been washed. The mask was disgusting to look at.
