We spent two days in Mount Pleasant for the water park. We ate out at 4 different establishments and all of them but one were mediocre at best accept one! Doozies ice cream was wonderful. The girls working were so sweet and nice, the other customers were kind and friendly, our ice creams were fabulous and the price literally can't be beat! This is a must stop place is you're in town!!! Great ice cream, nice people and good prices!!!
The best place to have shake love the way they make a peanut butter shake...very nice customer service love this place..
Doozies has always been a must in the summer! I grew up sitting at the picnic tables watching ice cream run down my cousins' faces, now I take my own daughter there.
I can't believe I've never written a review for here until now! It's probably because every time I come here I'm way too focused on the awesomeness. For real. Not all soft serve is created equal and Doozies is the benchmark. Their soft serve is the smoothest, creamiest, most delicious you will ever find. EVER! The strawberry flavor burst is my favorite, but they make flawless Boston Coolers (Vernors and Vanilla ice cream shake) and Brown Cows (root beer and vanilla ice cream shake). Lines can get CRAZY long in the summer, but it's worth the wait every time!

Best Ice Cream, Best Prices. Doozies doesn't have a long line of people in front of the window because they're slow, the line moves fast and the ice cream is delicious and pretty cheap compared to the other chains in town.
Anything you order here is delicious but my favorite is also the turtle. They also have a menu of low calorie and low sugar ice cream and frozen yogurt.
I love ice cream!! Got black cherry with chocolate chips and chocolate syrup!!!!! It was so yummy...
I would give this place 6 stars if possible! First time there, long waiting line, but well worth it. Visiting from out of state, my first time there. Great service. Ample serving size of a wonderful treat. So glad we discovered this gem!
I really like this ice cream place. The line was long but was moving fast so if you drive by and see a long line just ignore and stop any ways because you will not have to wait long. This was our first time there and the choices are limitless which I love. The old lady who greeted us was amazing and had such a positive attitude. She explained what everything was without any irritation since we were new there. The only thing I didn’t like about this place was that they do NOT ACCEPT DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS. There is a bank two minutes away. This place is a MUST VISIT AND TRY.
The guy taking the orders was very fun and entertaining. They were very quick in getting the orders out. I loved the turtle cheesecake arctic swirl but my husband was disappointed that they forgot the caramel on his milky way arctic swirl. Still enjoyed it very much.
After seeing huge crowds for several days in a row, my husband and I decided to stop. (Always follow the locals! Lol) SO glad we did! The ice cream was amazing (the choices were endless, it seemed) Next time we're in Mt Pleasant, this will be our first stop lol.

Doozies is a great local ice cream spot. Parking can be very tight but worth the struggle. Let it be know that they DO NOT ACCEPT CARD.
Go with cash, I believe they also accept check but cash is king here!
I highly recommend the dirt arctic swirl but get it with gummy bears instead of worms and it’s easier to manage.
Always busy but I suspect its because they have good ice-cream they are always friendly and have good size portions I get the banana split made with chocolate soft serve ice-cream. Their ice-cream tastes much better than big name ice-cream shops
