S & S Cafe

We were in town for something else and needed sustenance. Google brought this place up first and after skimming through several other options we wound up settling on this. And wow, the other reviews aren't kidding when they say this place is great! The food is delicious, the serving sizes are decent but not ridiculously big, the prices are very reasonable, the staff is efficient, it's kid-friendly, and best of all it's QUIET. Extra points for the lighting and music. By that I mean it's not super bright and the music isn't overpowering. We were here with our kids on a Wednesday around noon and there were only a handful of other tables occupied. We plan to come back without kids for a nice, romantic date at some point. Pictures are the Western Burger, BLT, and the grilled ham n cheese. (By the time I remembered to take pictures for a review, our boys were already more than half done with their burgers.) The fries are spectacular and I'm pretty sure the buns had been buttered. TL:DR- Absolutely phenomenal. 11/10 highly recommend. Will most assuredly dine here again. EDIT: Here again as a family about 3 weeks after our initial visit. This time on a Sunday around 10am. Despite being absolutely packed, it was wonderfully quiet. Service was just as friendly and attentive as the first time. 18% gratuity is added to parties of 5 or more, but we added to it because these girls busted a$$.

We like to stop at "local establishments" whenever we travel. This Cafe didn't disappoint. I ordered the vegetable omlette and my husband ordered the super omelet ( I think that's what it was called) and we both took half with us. The waitresses were very Friendly, and the service was excellent.

Food was really good. Fast service didn't wait long at all for food. Friendly prices.
