Food never disappoints. Have been there a few times with big groups and they were very accommodating. Fun and lively atmosphere....love some of the old ski signs.
Totally surprised. Food is outstanding. They actually know and make real deal Mexican/Southwestern food. The beef taco, chorizo taco and fish taco are special treats. Came here direct from Albuquerque prepared to be underwhelmed. Well done all.

Delicious meats!. Great food and fun atmosphere. I've been vacationing in Colorado at luxury resorts and Minturn Saloon is my favorite meal of the week. Duck, ribs, and quail are cooked to perfection. The natural margarita is excellent. Can't wait to go back next time I'm in Colorado.
Gormet mexican and ecclectic fare. One of my favorite Vail area restaurants. My biggest problem is deciding what to order, everything is good. The DUCK is so good I have trouble making other choices. The quail, ribs, steaks, fish tacos, and the Del Mar are other favorites. Great Margs in a variety of price ranges. Fun atmosphere and very good service.
Tasty margaritas served by the glass, the half liter, or liter. And a unique menu. For our meals, I had the yellowfin tuna tacos and my dining partner had roasted quail and cheese enchiladas. Both meals were tasty.
Old saloon good food good beer good. But it is a little pricey but you can share portions are big.
Loved it! They have great food. Would highly recommend the ribs or the duck. The Saloon keeps it fresh, by mixing traditional tex med with a variety of game meats. The service was excellent and our waiter was super friendly. He provided a great recommendation. The atmosphere is awesome and the option to sit outside by the river is definitely worth it. Thank you!
Amazing outdoor space during the summertime, as it is right next to the Eagle River. The inside is massive which I’m assuming they do shows? They have to! Anyways, their drink selection is pretty broad but they make sure to advertise local Colorado whiskey, which I always go for the 10th Mountain Whiskey 🥳. During the winter this place is a wild good time only being a few miles from Vail and I believe you can ski down to it if you are feeling adventurous. 11/10 would live at this place if I could.
Great hidden spot. Recommend getting a couple j. poppers for an appetizer.
I love this place / really unique walk into history of the area / great food excellent staff / hard to beat after a long day of skiing or fishing / enjoy a place back in time / keep this on your bucket list
