Papa John's is still probably the leader in taste amongst the big box chains of Pizza Hut, Domino's, and Toppers. The pizza was cooked well. Toppings were appropriately generous and the pizza was done within 10-15 minutes for pick up. Staff was alone as it was only one single person doing everything. I wouldn't say too much in the negative aspect. Though I still consider other places outside of the big box chains.
We ordered carry out and the pizzas were very good. They also gave us a couple extra garlic sauces which I appreciated. I can’t speak for delivery since we did carry out.
Pizza was good, no complaints. I have always enjoyed Papa John's 😉
I was wary of this location because of all of the recent negative reviews, but gave it a shot anyway. My order was ready quickly and accurately, and the workers at the store were friendly and courteous. It seems like a lot of the negative reviews are based on bad delivery, and I can't speak to that because I ordered for carry-out, but overall my experience couldn't have been better.
I received a delicious pizza delivery to Abbott Northwestern Hospital today using the mobile app. Pizza was tasty & still warm & delivery driver called me upon arrival to hospital main entrance (as requested). She did a great job!!!!! Half Hawaiian/Half Cheese pizza….yum!!!

I had an order that wasn’t delivered in full over a month ago. The manager Sarah said I could call back next time and receive a discount for the accidental error. In doubt I called here, over a month after the fact, explained the circumstances and Logan honored the store’s promise to me. Logan was so kind and helpful over the phone and apologized again for the mistake of past. Though it took a second, Logan reassured me that I would be taken care of. A company that honors their word is valuable and the professionalism that Logan portrayed over the phone is superlative. Thanks again!
I usually get carry out and the staff are always exceedingly friendly and make it faster than I expect. Did get a mix up on sauces for the first time with the jalapeño bread things so I'm guessing it defaults to ranch so check if you change it. They were fire though with the sauce you always get with the pizza anyway
