Been here before and didn't think it was great, I thought about it and it was 10min before they closed so i can see the food being rushed. I went during a rush and the food was better 10 fold. Some of the best wontons I have ever had, chicken wings were well seasoned, crispy and great size.
Roasted pork fried rice was great as well. Seasoned well and not too heavy.
They did get my order wrong but they corrected it without hesitation.
Favorite Chinese takeout restaurant in Minneapolis! My family’s been coming to this place since I was a kid, and I know for sure my parents have gotten the chicken wings with fried rice here since before I was born. That’s still their favorite dish today. And Cheng’s serving sizes???? PACKED. They do not skimp out on fried rice or white rice for their dishes. Swear one order of chicken wings with fried rice can feed 2-3 people. Came here on Christmas too and the staff were working as fast as they could to get the orders out. Love this place.
I moved here from NYC and so far this has been the only place to actually taste legit. The pork fried rice and chicken wings is perfect.
Delivery is super quick too.
I ordered delivery through a different party and this was my first time ordering from here! This place is amazing and so underrated! Some of the best food I've ever had! Thank you to everyone who prepared it! Shrimp with garlic sauce was amazing and I'm a huge sauce person. That being said I couldn't have a complaint! The chicken chow mein isn't your typical chow mein but it tastes 100 times better. I would recommend this place to everyone and anyone!

Cheng's has really good food. Two small tables and no atmosphere, but the grub is great. Good portions too!
Some of the best general tso's chicken I've ever had, vary nice staff and made fresh fast.
Since art songs left south side, they got the best wings

Ordered online for delivery and I'm happy! Got the general tso lunch special and small wonton soup. The chicken is lightly breaded and the sauce is sweet with the tiniest hint of spice (which is good for my white husband 😂). And the wonton soup was stuffed with wontons! Definitely ordering again for lunch, it's a good price.
