Such a friendly staff. They consistently go out of their way to make my visit enjoyable. They are quick to pick up on customers' preferences and make you feel at home.

Great friendly service on a cold Minnesota day! Lots of cute tumblers and mugs on sale too. I resisted but always end up going back.

I love this Caribou so much! They've got a great parking lot, and the atmosphere inside is spacious and comfortable.

They were having point of sale cash register problems. I had to wait for them to reset the card reader but the drinks were delivered quickly and the staff were very friendly

Loved this place since I found it there, Privacy spots for work and just to take rest from busy noisy times. Wanted to take a picture of my sandwich 🥪 but was so hungry 😫 😜😉

I forgot the young lady's name but she was super polite and it was my first time going into this caribou. I definitely loved the vibes and the order was taken correctly and I felt welcomed in a wholesome way. Definitely going to come back and buy some coffee cups and that see through jug along with 2 packs of chocolate covered espresso coffee beans YUM!!!

Good atmosphere and friendly staff. Came all the way from WA state to have some real coffee. Did not disappoint!

I live in Virginia, but I am from Minnesota. I miss Caribou so much. When I come back to visit I have a turtle mocha every day. This time I purchased some coffee beans to take home and try. I would recommend this place to everyone.
