I went out on a limb here and was pleasantly satisfied, so that being said, most of the negative reviews do not reflect my personal experience of this particular Jimmy John's. At 1 PM this afternoon I called for delivery at the children's hospital as my wife and I are laboring today. The person who took my order was friendly and helpful, also positive. Our food arrived prompt 45 minutes later, this was fast considering the distance and the high volume lunch hour. The delivery guy was incredibly friendly. We order a #4 and a JJ BLT, both were appetizing and fresh. I almost didn't call this location because of the negative reviews, but I am glad I did. They passed my test, and more importantly my wife's. Very convenient, just what we needed: an easy sandwich for lunch, with no hassle. Thanks!
I've been a regular customer of this Jimmy John's for quite a while either dining in or ordering delivery. My typical order is "the Vito" with a bag of Jalapeno/Cheddar chips & each order is consistently delicious. What I enjoy most is the fresh baked bread & high quality meats. This locale is also beautiful with large windows allowing natural light to illuminate the restaurant. The employees are very welcoming & will allow a brief conversation. Thank you & long live the Freaky Fast/Freaky Fresh motto!
All these people complaining about it taking 1 hour for delivery have obviously NEVER worked in a fast food delivery service. When it's lunch rush or dinner rush of course it's going to take some time to get your food, there's like 30 other people waiting to get their food at the same time as you so calm down. I've never had a problem with this Jimmy johns, but I'm also not an impatient idiot like all the other complainers on here. Keep up the food work Jimmy Johns, bike safe!
This JJ's has saved the day (and my ass) more than once for me at work last minute meals for meetings. I can't thank them enough for being so "freaky fast" and so accommodating. Kudos to the crew ...Jacob who calmly took my order and John who delivered it on a bike! Thanks for coming through for me! and by the way the food was exactly what we expect each and every time. fresh and delicious!
Service here is quick as always despite the busy location, the bike delivery may not be as fast but ordering at the store is solid. Food is good and fresh and the staff is passionate about their business.
It was a snow storm and they stayed open... Thankfully! We had a crew to feed and I couldn't believe how fast she put together our sandwiches. She didn't have to write anything down and she got every request perfect!

Love Jummy Johns!! Usually!! But the last order I did online and picked up was terrible. The two young women working there did not care!!!!
Best Jimmy John's in minneapolis/umn area. Nicest staff, never had an unsatisfactory sandwich here. Always quick.
