I work down the street and look forward to stopping by during my lunch break. The staff is always fantastic, even during the busiest time of day they work with smiles and are always happy to serve me. The manager Q is one of the hardest workers I have ever met. She is always moving and getting something done when I come in even when there's no other customers in the store. I am consistently impressed. She deserves a raise!
The staff at this location are amazing, super friendly. Manship, the cyclist, is akin to Greek gods. Q and Kennedy take the cake with their kindness and service- 10/10 would recommend. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Johnny the driver- absolutely brilliant
Nice new shop in the same building as before. The staff is friendly and courteous and prepared my food particularly quickly, even for Jimmy John's. I will continue to have lunch here often!
Their customer service was top notch. I was greeted immediately. The other team members were all in a great mood and also made sure to speak to me to see if needed anything while I was still deciding what to order. There was one female there who I believe was a manager…. She was very personable. most definitely coming back and recommend this location. Oh and my sandwich was great of course 😊

Oh my gosh, honestly, the first go around at their old location I got some hard bread. But “Q” is AMAZING! Completely took care of me, didn’t make me feel bad about calling or anything, and their new space looks great! Truly fast subs that taste great with an amazing team. Hit this location up! And if you park on W Lake St between Hennepin & Girard for two-three minutes you can jump in and out with no problem!
I have become a regular at this location. I love Jimmy John's in general, but the employees here are always fun and take the time to remember their customers. The service is always fast too.
The new location is GREAT!!! Sandwich was on time and delicious. FYI they are no longer located on Hennepin but located between Hennepin and Girard on Lake Street!!!!
Such friendly staff, and a clean location, which is particularly nice to see in uptown. Delicious sandwich made lickety-split and handed to me with a smile.
Nicest staff in the city. Everyone says hi as soon as i walk in. They are freaky fast. Great quality people and food.
