The best Chow Mein in the Twin Cities. Vegetables are always crispy. Must be freshly made. I reheated leftovers the next day and the Vegetables were still crisp. Great flavor and texture. A must try experience.

I order from Joy Luck whenever I am tired of Olympics or when my son wants sugar bread. The prices here are quite affordable especially during lunch. The oyster chicken here has way to many vegetables and the oyster sauce used is very dull. Tastes more like chicken stir fry. The sesame chicken and any type of fried rice is amazing. The cream cheese wontons are not worth the money and the ones at Yaun Yauns taste better. The beef and broccoli is good and the shrimp toast is my favorite, however sometimes it is extremely greasy. Another favorite that I have to get is the teriyaki chicken on a stick! I advise to always have two orders if you have to share. I have always ordered from here offline and can't say much about their customer service, however the delivery guys are always pleasant.

i accidentally placed a delivery order before reading the reviews on Joy Luck, so I was expecting it not to be so good, per the poor reviews. Especially since I am really 'picky' and sensitive to meat and msg - for example - i can't stand dark meat or crappy quality meat. To my surprise it was really very good. Delivery came in less than 45 minutes, all the food was good, some was even exceptional(!), and I did not experience any poor customer service. Although, I had very little contact with any humans as I ordered online and the delivery dude just handed me the food, took my moola and bolted. The veggie fried rice was really good, veggies cooked perfectly, and extra veggies at my request. the chicken egg rolls and wontons were super. I was pleased with everything and will probably order from here again in the near future. thanks!

Really good Chinese food. They deliver for free, and bc there are limited delivery options in the neighborhood we are lucky to have them!

Bomb. I don’t know what chicken dish I ordered but it was flavorful and full of crispy vegetables. The egg fu young wasn’t too sweet or too salty ... it tasted real and pure. Egg rolls were great. Beef and brocolli was yummy (but small). I was looking for a crispy/breaded chicken dish so I called and they said “sweet and sour or orange” I couldn’t find orange chicken on the menu :( but if I ever order again I will get it. Fire as heeell. Good Chinese delivery.

I had seen the extensive menu for this place in a mailing and driven by but never stopped in. Finally went there to try it and see if I could see who the crabby lady was that was mentioned in so many reviews on Yelp. The place is small but the food was tasty and I certainly couldn't complain about it at the price. I didn't see who the cabby person was so maybe she works at night. What I did see was a bunch of people besides us that were enjoying lunch and since it was small it is a nice get in and out no frills place. I won't review the food other than to say it was the regular buffet spread and had a few misses but otherwise was very tasty. Try it. For $8 people how can you go wrong. That's a dang sandwich or burger fries and drink at fast food anywhere. Why not eat real food.

The phone lady is rude. Like super rude. If you order online you only interact with her as far as verifying your card info, and not at all if you pay cash. Their delivery drivers are always super nice. The food is 95% good, every once in a while we get something just a little bit off (a cold dish, the corner of a plastic package, overcooked rice, etc) but it's all things that any restaurant could have happen, especially with delivery food. We usually order sesame chicken which is always good. My 4 year old loves their lo mein. They have great potstickers and a slightly spicy sauce for them. If you're not going in expecting a 5 star restaurant you get what you pay for. Dishes are 4-7 dollars and comparable to most Chinese delivery. I have never been inside the restaurant.

I have been going to the Joy Luck for about 8 years and have had 99.3% luck with their delicious food. I had to move from over North to the Brooklyn’s and they deliver to me here! Still feeling Lucky and Joyful! Gonna order again today. Check out Ocean Buffet as well. Comparable but not as delicious.
