Great salad option in downtown Minneapolis. Lots of options - especially for vegan, gluten free, vegetarian, etc; they're happy to make any accommodations. Mighty Aphrodite(minus orzo, add avocado) with garlic balsamic is my usual - not too bad at $9. They chop up your salad, which I appreciate. The dressing portion is a lot - ask for it on the side. Fast and friendly service too!
This is my go-to salad place downtown - whenever I need a filling but not highly caloric meal, I'll be here. They have some great seasonal mixes (especially the fiery Caesar dressing that should come out much more often), and they have some mainstays that are pretty tasty as well. As far as price is concerned, Sprout is marginally more expensive than some other spots downtown, but to my knowledge it is by far the best - well worth the extra cost which probably amounts to less than a dollar.
I love this place I eat there every day, fast always singing, I love it. I feel welcome been there since day one!! Only one person left that still works there, She's been at Sprout Salad from day 1. she smiles and has conversations with me . Everyone is nice, but sometimes I come in and I hear the two front girls cussing, or talking inappropriate. But overall.... Salads rock Downtown Saint Paul Location only.
I order through Foodsby and Sprout is a no-brainer whenever it's scheduled for my building. The salads are always delicious, with reliably fresh ingredients. I also hugely appreciate the accommodation of special requests , ingredient substitutions, etc.

This wonderful restaurant has been opened for almost 2 month now. I have been at Sprout 4 times and every time it was absolutely great!
Salads are HUGE with so many options for toppings and dressings that it's really hard to make a decision, so I just always went with their suggested dressings and for toppings just added some bacon. Wow...
I tried K-Town, Ensalada Mexicana, Argentine Steakhouse and got a taste of Riviera Nicoise from my slow eating wife's bowl. Then I went back and had another K-Town. Double wow!
Meat is tender and juicy, combined with fresh baby spinach, crispy wontons, really nicely spiced kimchi and all other good stuff.
I also had Roasted Tomato and Basil soup. What's lunch in freezing Minnesota without soup? AMAZING!!!
Lemonades they serve are unbelievably fresh and tasty. Blueberry basil lemonade that's actually made in house is so addictive that should be outlawed. I am writing the review and salivating at the same time.
Unfortunately I can't eat there every day because I live in Plymouth, but make sure to stop in every time I am downtown.
This is one of my downtown lunch go-to healthy options. The ingredients are fresh, the service is fast and pleasant and the salad combinations are delicious! My favorite is the Ensalada Mexicana with Jalapeno Lime Dressing.
amazing salads! spending alot of time in Miami, you can get a good salad on every corner block... in MN, not so much. I was happy to find a good salad place that has fresh greens and an excellent salad add ons. Highly recommended!

I loooooooove salads. 😍. Every single ingredient i have eaten, doused with every dressing. If i could have those all day, every day i would. Fresh taste & fresh breathing. Its a dream for those who cant get that like u want. if u do it for dieting i applaud u. U are gonna need another fridge to store all them in. 😍.
Fresh, tasty salad made in minutes! A creative menu plus the option to assemble your own. In the $9-12 range, typical of skyway fare.
The best Salad ever!!!! The salad was very fresh and really good, best Lemonades. Chocolate chip cookies on point! Ill be going back at least 3 days a week.
