Amazing gluten free bakery.
100% celiac safe. My daughters loved it and could choose from any of their many items. All of the items were delicious and you couldn't even tell they were gluten free!
Nice location, plenty of parking and lovely patio outside.
So good that we came back 2 days in a row!
Frozen items also available like waffles, cinnamon buns etc.

This was my first visit to Sift. I loved the preorder option and I got a variety of muffins, donuts, and a cinnamon roll. Also grabbed one of their cute reusable totes and when I went to pick up ordered a hot chai and an iced coffee. I stashed a few things in the freezer for later, but so far everything has been so good. The maple donut was probably my favorite. So often gluten free/friendly options are dry and crumbly but not here! Highly recommend and can’t wait to get back to visit again. I also got a tip from their friendly staff that they have items at Tobie’s in Hinckley, which I didn’t know!
This place always puts a smile on my Families faces - I eat everything but many people are gluten free and can't. This is like Disneyland for people who desire gf and similar baked items ! Top Shelf Service and People ~ Best All-Around Value in Town !
WOW! Not only are most things gluten AND dairy free, so my son can actually eat their baked goods, but they also taste better than any other bakery I know! We tried the pumpkin muffins, brownies, and skocheroos and I look forward to trying more things soon. So glad to have found this place!
Really enjoyed the sugar cinnamon donut! The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 is because the other item we had which was some sort of raspberry bread thing was a little dry but still tasty.
Such a great way to start your morning, especially on Saturday. We got the focaccia and the vegan cinnamon roll. It is so good. A definitely friendly place with great food.
This is my wife's favorite bakery!! She has Celiac Disease so her options are limited to none. She was able to try carrot cake for the first time in her life. We love the place so much we had them make our wedding cake for us which the wife absolutely loved!
This place is amazing for those with Celiac Disease and it's amazing period, I love their goods myself!
Moved to the area from Texas, this is the first time I've been able to safely a pastry in over 2 yrs, man I'm so glad it was here!! The maple donut was amazing and their bread was both perfectly textured and a joy to eat! Will be coming back!!

This is my favorite place ever. I live about 40 minutes away but about once a month when Im having a hard week, I let myself stop by if I happen to be working in the area. Ive been working on trying most of what they got to offer and so far- nothing has disappointed me. If anything- I have found myself pleasantly surprised by things I wouldve never imagined enjoying (like the scones for instance!). They keep a wonderful large selection of many items and flavors as well as seasonal flavors! Theres really nothing quite like it. I have had a few issues arise with ordering and them not having the item available but I dont mind picking out something else- this has actually led to me trying things I typically wouldn’t have picked out. Another issue I seem to have had was at my most recent visit I ordered the special latte(lavender & coriander) and Im 80% sure I just got a plain latte which was still delicious nonetheless but Im way too shy to really mention it anyways. Everyone is very kind and they are humans so they might make mistakes but thats okay! I will always look forward to my visits and trying new things <3
This little gem of a bakery and coffee shop was a delightful treat to find! Despite several food allergies in our household we were able to find treats that all could eat that were amazing! I've attempted to bake gluten, egg, and dairy free my self and have had mixed results - none of which compare to what Sift does! Their treats compare with that of a non-gluten/allergy free bakery and I look forward to our next visit already.
If I had any one criticism (and thus the 4 stars instead of 5) it is that the prices were a bit steeper than I felt they should be given the serving portions. I had expected larger portions for the price or a lower price for the portions provided.
I did not try their coffee as I'm not a coffee drinker.
