Amazing quality meats, delicious sandwiches, soups and salads, great selection of cheeses and specialty food items. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, and they now have a beer and wine license so you can enjoy the Michelada and breakfast sammy special for only $12! Erik and his staff also host classes, events, and do catering and pop up dinners with local chefs and restaurants.
A meat lover's paradise. Unfortunately, I could only eat the bratwurst before falling into a food coma. It was delicious, and I'm sure everything else they offer is as well.
A great local deli with locally sourced meats. Their muffaletta sandwich was excellent. There are a few tables and a counter to dine in, or you can order ahead for pick up. They sell a variety of cheeses, condiments, sauces, sodas, bread etc for yourself or someone else as a gift. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about their products.
I have to admit, I've lived in Minneapolis for six years and I've walked past this place dozens of times and haven't stopped in. Today I finally did and it's a really chill place with great staff. I had the Pastrami and Rye and it's definitely a hard to beat sandwich!
Great shop, has been for many years. Today we got their pastrami to make a NY style sandwich at home. It's delicious. (tip: buy a fresh loaf of Kramarczuk's rye for this sandwich, it is the best in town I think.)
Friendly staff and good price. They have fresh meat and will cut to any shape as you wish.
Very tasty sandwich! Great quality ingredients, friendly and knowledgeable staff
All I have to say is sitting in my truck eating their pastrami right out of the wrapping with my bare hands will go down in history as one of the BEST experiences of my life. You've NEVER tasted pastrami as incredibly delicious as this pastrami. Ever. If I was on death row, having this as my last meal would make it all worth it.
Here's a picture of what I did with the leftovers I managed to not eat on my way home.
Fantastic selection, we keep looking for new recipes to give us an excuse to stop in and shop.
Saturday April 2nd my grandson and I were going to catch the bus to go downtown shopping for his birthday presents. (He just turned 7) While waiting at the bus stop we had a couple people tell us then were serving free sandwiches. We both got really excited. He’s never eaten there. I have once and it was delicious. We went and had the BLT and Grilled Cheese. They had a lot of options but we kept it basic. Our order was basic but our sandwiches definitely were not. They were the definition of FABULOUSLY FABULOUS. The grilled cheese was a masterpiece and the BLT was bursting with flavor. The breads were toasty in a way that left us planning our next sandwich. We are going to call our trips to Lowry Hill Meats our sandwich dates. Lol!!! Sandwich Saturday’s!!! Thank you Lowry Hill Meats!!
