I was visiting from out of state and looking for a place to eat nearby the hotel, and I must say the food at the restaurant was great. Natalie, our server, was courteous and polite. I can't say anything about the drinks (don't drink alcohol), but would highly recommend the food.
Excellent experience. Great food and friendly staff who made incredible recommendations that did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be back.
Great local tradition for local business types and tourists. Things have changed over the years, like adding pizza, but the wide selection of whiskey, bourbon and scotch is top-notch. Staff is very attentive and focused on the customer. Food selection is varied and of good quality.
First time visit here - wanted to try somewhere new. Happy Hour from 3pm-6pm. Tons of apps & drinks at decent prices. Vintage theme, more of an Irish Pub look. Long bar with split areas for booths & tables. Fast friendly service. Ordered the Cajun Chicken Pizza. Delish! Best bar pizza I've had in a long time. Definitely will go back when I stay in the downtown area.
I really enjoyed my food here. I initially thought the service was slow, but then I quickly realized he was working the bar alone and let it go. He even had to follow up with the kitchen because my pizza was taking longer than even he expected, so maybe i was on to something. The beer was very good, though I do wish they had a more up to date and descriptive draft list. There were beers that they no longer had, and then it also didn't tell you how strong each beer is. This is important for people who may be interested in beer but not wanting to get drunk. It also doesn't tell you the flavor profile you should expect. You're basically guessing what you'll like. I'd come back for the pizza alone though. So good....
The pepperoni pack pizza was pretty good. Lots of cheese but overall not bad. Good spot downtown to grab pizza.
Came here for a late dinner on a Friday. The staff were friendly and the food I had (personal pizza) was delicious! The stained glass decor behind the bar really added to the ambiance of the place; nice and rustic! Also love that they’re open late!
The wings were solid for being the only place with an open kitchen at 8pm Tuesday. The waiter and waitress made you feel right at your local pub. They offered a plethora of bar food and local cuisine as well as the best drinks available on a weekday. The bartenders here are easily my favorite amongst all the places I’ve travelled for work.
Me and my pals had Alex as our server. She was professional and catered to our specific needs (to get in and out as fast as possible) to the best of her ability with no judgment. We even wore stupid little costumes (picture attached for reference) and she treated us as if we were totally normal customers. We love Alex. Pizza was great too!
Just the best kind of neighborhood bar, good food, great atmosphere, the bartenders are down to earth, good guys all around. You can't beat it. And the chicken is awesome!
I had the opportunity to grab some drinks and pizza while in Minneapolis at Dan Kelly's Pub, the pizza from Broadway Pizza there was great, I got the pepperoni packed special, thin crust, and I loved it. Had some drinks with some friends, definitely a good hangout spot. Go check them out if you're in the area.
This place is within walking distance to a bunch of hotels. The food is amazing. I had the fish & chips and the chicken wings. I love that they have lots of options for wing sauce. Customer service was excellent. I go my food Togo and it came out fast and fresh.
