Wonderfully prepared food with bright flavors and polished service make Harriet Brasserie a must-dine location in scenic Linden Hills. There is a lovely patio for outdoor dining as well as charming indoor seating. My salmon with a lively apricot puree was divine!

Loud. I was almost shouting at one point to talk to my friend across the table. Food is good and ambiance is nice. Plating is pretty. Price is on the higher end. The firehouse vibe is cool. Interior design is classy. Parking is impossible to find. If not for the specials, I probably would not come back. Everything else on the menu is the standard run of the mill type items.

Had our first visit in Sunday for brunch. They noticed our table was sunny and moved us so that we didn’t have to fight with the sun. We had a guest that arrived late so we were waiting to order until she arrived. Waitress got us drinks right away and came back when the last guest arrived. The waitress was slow in taking our order once the last person arrived, we had to keep asking for more water, had to flag someone down to finally order dessert and more water. Never asked if we wanted another drink. And there was only a couple other tables with guests. Food was super good - had the burger with fries and their fries are amazing and I’m not usually a French fry person. Did their chocolate cake and tres lech cake for dessert. Both were good, but their tres leche wasn’t the best I’ve had. Space is really nice, would definitely go back…hopefully service is better the next time. Oh, last thing - $2 for tartar sauce seems a little steep.

Went for breakfast around 10am on a Sunday. It wasn’t busy at all and we were seated right away. They had a lot of great specials that morning and I choose the daily omelette and my group did the classic breakfast. The service was great and would like to come back and try it for dinner.

We sat on their cute little outdoor patio - the table was a bit small, but we made it work. Service was quick and friendly. Food was pretty good - especially the scone, which is apparently home-baked by the owner’s wife! We’ll definitely be back.

Great breakfast options! Very friendly staff here as well. A little cold if you sit by a window. Serving breakfast daily which is nice. I’ll be back to try the duck tacos!

Delicious food and great service. The bison tartare is now on my top 5 list for tartare in the twin cities and the bernaise as well. We had the steak frites and bauru as our entrees which were both really good. We will definitely be back!

Nestled in a hidden brownstone building with a cute entrance is where you would find Harriet Brasserie.  The interior is classic and charming with a full bar and several tables for dining.  The hostess who is also our waitress was attentive, polite, and patient; especially when it took us a long time to decide on what to order when my guest and I got chatting trying to catch up.  The high ceiling and wide windows let wonderful natural light in which really let the decor shine with characters on each wall and a well displayed stocked bar.  Though limited seating, the vibe of the place is comfy and welcoming. For brunch, I order the quiche lorraine made with bacon, onion confit, and gruyere.  This dish was buttery smooth and fluffy with a great balance of savory flavors.  I've had several quiche lorraines at many places for brunch, this one at Harriet Brasserie is one of my top 3 favorites in the twin cities.  My guest had the tostadas with two eggs, crispy tortillas, pinto beans, salsa, queso fresco, avocado, and lettuce. Though the dish looks light in weight, the amount of pinto beans were plenty and filling. This dish was light in flavors but fills you up quickly.  Wish I had ordered a drink from their menu or bar but that just means I need to go back for dinner. Overall, I would recommend this place for the atmosphere and to try some of their interesting dishes while sipping on a beverage. If a cozy dining space is not your thing, this place may not be for you.

Brunch - Don't get me started on how good that cinnamon roll was. My God, it didn't even get a chance, for a photo, after tasting that frosting. My breakfast was amazing, as well. It's a quaint place with a chill vibe. 10/10 recommend!
