I wish I could rate more than 5 stars. Your restaurant is simply amazing. The staff is friendly. The food is heavenly. You're chef is top notch and I could go on for days about how great your restaurant is. Your bacon is amazingly delectable and I was stunned to have such a liking to your Pint-O-Curds and Sausage with pickled veggies. Never have I tasted such an amazing combination of cheese, sausage, and pickled corn. The main course, like the appetizers, was amazing and just when you think you've had all the amazing food you possibly could there's dessert. Custard, cookies, and a donut muffin is the cherry on top to a lovely meal.
Wise Acre never fails to please. It meets 5 star quality in all the categories you might typically rate a restaurant: food, ambiance, service, presentation. However, Wise Acre's thoughtful expression of their values through every move is their "special sauce," "secret ingredient," and "chef's specialty," that gives their food an element that is beyond flavor. What Carolyn and Chef Beth have managed to create is an experience of the heart and soul.
This was my first visit to Wise Acre Eatery and I enjoyed every aspect. I chose the Farm Breakfast for lunch and our group easily found a shady spot on the patio to enjoy our meal. To order, you bring your party to the main counter, place your orders, pay, and take a number to your table. The seating is somewhat limited, but it also creates a very cozy atmosphere. The outdoor patio wraps around the side and front of the building.
In regards to the Farm Breakfast, I love being able to customize my meal. On this particular day, I swapped the meat for home fries. I also liked the variety of the dish: eggs, sourdough toast, home fries, salad, seasonal vegetables (tomato), jam and ketchup. Everything was fresh, flavorful and prepared nicely.
Overall, I’m excited to head back and try more of the menu. Wise Acre Eatery is my type of place: fresh, local, organic ingredients, customizable meals, reasonable prices and plenty of vegetarian options. (I’m not vegetarian, but I eat much less meat these days.) The staff was friendly, the food came quickly, and everyone thought their meal was delicious!
Awesome brunch burger enjoyed along with the THCC bacon. Would have been 5 stars all around except I got house coffee when I ordered cold and seasonal jam when I ordered seasonal vegetables. They did bring a cold brew at no extra charge. So overall great experience. Will definitely be back.
The fact that the good is organic
You can taste the difference in flavor right away. Everything has an amazing flavor. The food portions are reasonable and a great atmosphere to enjoy around your loves one's and friends.
Cool place for brunch. Fresh ingredients as well as options to buy local produce in the store. Cheddar biscuit sandwich (pictured) was excellent and lots of different drink options. Small establishment with limited seating but a cool atmosphere and great food.
Everything was perfect! Service was amazing and food was even better. This was the best bacon I’ve ever had. This will definitely be a first stop when visiting MN again.
There were a lot of choices and ways to customize your order. There is a lot of seating indoors as well as heated/covered seating outdoors too. We enjoyed the shop in the restaurant after our meal too.
My first time here, and had a wonderful experience. Friendly staff with a nice Farm to Table menu. I had the Veggie Scramble (5) and it truly tastes straight from the farm to a skilled chef to you. They use real everything where mass produced garbage has no business here. I would imagine the rest of the menu is awesome and would have to come back for more.
I ordered a turkey for Thanksgiving so I was surprised to see this is a unique set up. I was really impressed and didn’t know this little gem existed. I’ll be back
It is a very nice place for brunch. Delicious farm to table food. We'll be back.
A friend and I visited on a rainy Saturday and had only a brunch option. We weren’t disappointed in the choice of menu for a brunch.
This restaurant had a pleasant vibe.
The seating areas are not large but appropriately cozy, and not scrunched in. Am very excited to come back, especially in the summer to sit in the patio area.
Food was very healthy and plated attractively! Price was on par for quality ingredients. You order at the counter but your food is brought out to you.
The menu was small but there seemed to be an abundance of drinks. I liked the fact that most options read as delicious.
Very convenient off 35w and Diamond Lake road in Tangletown. Great, walkable beautiful, neighborhood
We came in on a rainy Saturday so it was probably not as crowded as on a clear weather day.
There is lot parking and street parking. Watch the parking time limits. Up the street has less restrictions.
Holy buckets, the food is incredible here!! Need to come back to try the French toast, but the wrap and breakfast sandwich rocked our socks off. So so good.
